The date of transaction was October 16th to November 1st. The dates of communication prior to drop off October 16th were between May 2023 to October 12th. Screenshots are available of all recorded communication,phone, and in-person between Creative Coatingz James Denney and myself since May 2023. The amount of money paid to business was six thousand dollars cash (invoice receipt available) The business was to provide a professional Line-X coating to my vehicle body; removing items not meant to be painted over or protecting those not to be painted, remove rust from body and under carriage, prep/sand prior to painting, repair dented roof prior to painting, remove silicone around driver side rear window prior to painting and did not have permission to install or modify any front end items or vehicle electrical equipment/items; i.e. headlights, solar, sound system. Multiple attempts to verify and reassure the work was being done properly by James at Creative Coatingz over multiple recorded calls and in-person were made, but still it was left unsafe and with multiple damages to itself and another vehicle. First and foremost the paint was to be white not black. As the evidence of 160 photos available will show that multiple damages of painted areas which were not to be painted with Line-X were done so unprofessionally causing unsafe conditions, weather protections around all doors and electric windows painted & damaged, hinges, caps and plastic guards all covered and peeling revealing white paint underneath. The unprofessional and rushed under coating of material unknown being sprayed on multiple components such as shocks, breaks, electric and break lines, fuel, and tires. The repairs which were to be completed prior to painting; i.e. dent in roof and silicone area removed around driver side rear window was completely neglected. The vehicle, 2009 Jeep Patriot, which transported me to Creative Coatingz November 1st to pick up the truck and followed me home 41 miles away was covered in black undercoat material because the original pickup date October 31st was delayed due to non completion of underneath coating and was rushed last minute. Attempts to correct the mistakes made with Creative Coatingz, James, were initiated November 1st 2023 in person and by phone. James refused to confirm the color requested after revealing screenshots of the Line-X in white which I showed him on October 12th in person when making my appointment to drop off October 16th to October 31st 2023 for completion of all work. Multiple phone calls recorded were made to address the issues and I had told something was installed and changed in my front end headlights which were disconnected and wires hanging from front which were only noticed upon arrival home along with leaking break fluid and electric sounds coming from audio system when using turn signal and no break lights working in rear. James instructed me that I would have to pay additional $1500 to paint white now and come back to repair roof and window area already painted over with Line-X in-person and over the phone I was told the first time of complications with front end lights and wires underneath which never were mentioned in any recorded conversations prior to completion of my vehicle's work at Creative Coatingz. Lastly, James, Owner of Creative Coatingz was unprofessional and aggressive over the phone prior to disconnecting the call to resolve issues and ignoring my appointment made November 7th 2023 to address the work never completed. (Service tag on key ring identifying items to be done; i.e. roof dent, body and underneath coating saved) An expert, Burt at Line X Of Macon, on November 1st, 2023 135pm, notified me that the product told to me by James at Creative Coatingz to be used on my truck called Line-X was not line-x but a knock off material and he has been warned by multiple cease and decease letters to stop advertising it. I spoke in length about all the damages, and improper painted areas which was confirmed by multiple expert to be done unprofessionally. As well as multiple automotive shops which refused to service the vehicle because liability issues of the damages caused by Creative Coatingz. I have a $6000 debt, major damages to my trucks electrical system, shocks, safety lights, breaks, and daughters jeep paint ranging over 3 times the amount spent to complete the professional paint job now that has caused serious problems with my ability to meet requirements to the Veteran Hospital in Dublin, living supplies for my family and complete inability to operate my vehicle safely since October 16th 2023. I am asking for a total refund of the $6000 paid for services not rendered professionally, correctly or completed per agreement at all. I took my truck in to have my sunroof repaired. I paid them 1500 dollars . I went threw the car wash and got soaked . They gave me a 5 year warranty when they supposedly repaired my sunroof. I took my truck back in and explained to them what had occurred. Now they are telling me it will take 900 more dollars to repair what they should have fixed the first time . Windshield tint job..Dropped truck off Thursday with appointment at 8am. Truck was done at 12:30pm cool-I immediately noticed some defects and addressed my concerns before I left Customer Service guy said it's water give it a few days.. Water dried up but still had some debris between film and windshield- Returned 7 days later after being out of town on business to get it fixed- guy tried telling me it's possibly a defect in windshield lol windshield was brand new and if so it should have been caught before installed-fast forward I dropped truck off again Monday morning 8am to get it fix by appointment 9 hours later still looks like a kid did it- $200 wasted on just a windshield tint job and I still waited a hour after they closed and my truck was filthy from old tint film glue I would have felt better if they would have just removed it and refunded my money Both times looked like a Rush job read more

"BEWARE" if i could give no stars i would, i bought a new almost $3K camper shell for my new $60K truck and ask them before we ever ordered it if they were sure they could install it without doing any damage to my new truck....we were told yes it was not a problem....when the camper shell came in we asked again to be sure they would be sure not to do any damage and when my wife went to get it installed she asked them again to please use some masking tape just for safety, THEY DID NOT...now i have 2 gouges in my paint on both front corners and a scratch on the middle of the bed and they put 2 dent in the bed also while installing. they did pay to have the 2 dents removed ,but there is not really anything i can do about the paint damage on a new truck and the owner should step up and try to make it right with me .. they also installed the wrong clamps to hold it on, and installed them in the wrong places after being told there were slots cut into my duraliner for them to go ,instead they just crushed the edges of the liner and damaged it too from pure ignorance.. , luckily it did not fall off on the ride home and ranch corporate sent me the correct clamps ..if they would have used $1 worth of masking tape as they were asked ,this would have not happened ,even with the idiots they had install it ...then if thats not enough stupidity they drilled a hole in the bed for the brake light wires to go thru and there was already a hole big enough to stick 3 fingers in 2 inchs from the one they drilled and then they left a big bunch of wire connectors bulging out my bed liner, total idiots ,so i had to reroute that so it did not look so bad. they never even asked before they just drilled a hole in a new truck... so if you decide to get them to get a camper shell for your truck, the pictures are after any possible repairs had been done already and you can still see how bad it looks... This business is awesome. James and his staff are very knowledgeable. I drive over an hour from Atlanta, Georgia to have them install accessories on my truck. I have never had any issues with anything that they have installed. I don't mind the drive because I know it's going to be done right. I walked into creative coating and was in the market to have the wheels coated on my Ram 3500. The gentleman called around to get quotes on some parts that I would need prior to coating. After we heard the outrages prices that the dealers wanted to charge me, he made a recommendation that saved me $400.00. I then needed one of the rails to step on getting into the truck. I was not well versed on the items and I received a great deal of knowledge on the various forms of step rails. I thought that he was going to attempt and up sale me on the bar. That didn't happen. So I get a quote on some basic suspension work, go up to the front desk after it was completedand they charge me $50 less than originally quoted. They put my lift on poorly. I road off the lot and the next day I hear squeaking noises every time i turn the wheel. I took it back to them and they "put grease in the fittings" (had more grease out of the fittings than inside). Left the lot and it still was squeaking so I decided to take it to another shop. When I get to this new shop they look at my truck and tell me that NONE of the bolts on my lift were tightened down. SO dangerous. They also show me my break lines that weren't mounted to a frame or bracket so i had to call the lift maker and they sent me all of the necessary hardware to mount it. (don't Know Why Creative Coatingz didn't get my brake lines out of the way - instead they leave them loose and just dangling; which is also very dangerous. On top of all that. They sold & installed these small "ladder bars" that are suppose to act as traction bars. They were useless and unnecessary. What makes it worse is i was out of town and one of the ladder bars came off of the truck and could've killed someone behind me. The weld broke because it was poorly welded to my back axle. The weld was spot welded and had no seam. Im very disappointed in this company. And after talking to a few friends around town I've learned that this company always does a poor job. I hope in the future they tighten their lift kits up & I hope nobody gets hurt. I thought long and hard about writing this post I never want to bad mouth any business but I had a rough time with my lift and I could've messed up my brand new $70k truck. They also claim that GMC honors the ready lift lift kit when it comes to warranty. This is also false! read more
