All I asked for was a system that sounded good and a back up camera. I've got the system (which is ok, at best) and I still haven't gotten my back up camera! They are horrible about returning calls. They will let you pick up your vehicle, with the work incomplete, and promise to call you when your "parts" are in, but they never call! When you go in, they still "have to order it." Sounds like a lie to me! They have been paid in full. My bad. They are dishonest and the do substandard work. Save yourself the headache!!!

And, the staff....WOW! so pleasant and professional. I called the day before and made my appointment. That is something that anyone should do. Especially when you know it is something that is going to take some time. When I got there, I was greeted by Moe. He told me what was going to happen, how long it would take, and the price. When I came back a few hours later to pick up my car, I was amazed at how nice my car looked, and how cool the interior was. They did a beautiful job! He makes every passive aggressive attempt to steer you away by saying things like "well...its gonna take like 2 hours" and " are you gonna wait here?" with exasperation. I should have taken the cue to walk out then but i wanted a particular brand so i stayed. it was a strange experience to say the least. I didnt see anyone for 3 hours and 15 minutes AT ALL. No one was answering the phone when it rang and no one came out when customers came in. i had no way of getting anyone's attention to find out when my car was going to be ready since it was over an hour past the given time. I even considered calling the police but luckily i could tell by the bluetooth connection on my phone that was my car still in the vicinity. When the guy finally showed up, he offered no apology or explanation but again continued the passive aggressive attitude "you know you cant put your windows down for 2 days, right?" (i wish i could convey the tone in text). I was just happy to finally escape. They didn't clean my windows before the tinting so now i have dirt trapped in between my window and the tinting. I think I'm going to take my warranty card elsewhere to get it fixed and done properly.
