Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

SCAMMY SLIMEY BUSINESS.. DON'T TRUST THEM. OR THEIR FAKE FIVE STAR REVIEWS…read more (Don't you just hate businesses tbat post fake five star reviews.. and then respond to them. Like we can't see what they are doing?) I saw an online advertisement for Express Oil that said 'FREE AC CHECK'. I thought how fortunage as my ac had started blowing hot air. I called express oil and spoke to an agent and i inquired about the free ac check and the agent sounded put off i inquired about it. I asked what was included in the ac check and he blurted out "WE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT BLOWS COLD! I asked again what tests would be run on the ac. The employee clarified they simply turn the ac on and then turn it off. So essentially the 'free ac check' is just a lie to get you into their shop.

I would rate the mechanic work a solid 4, and the customer service also a solid 4 (assuming they are not in cahoots with the location owner vis-a-vis usurious fees tacked onto your service). I had an oil change on the same vehicle today (8/20/25) on which I had an oil changed performed on 5/15/25. I brought my receipt from the 5/15 service to ask- it seemed a little high. When I questioned the $4.50 "Shop Supply Fee," I was told it was to dispose of oil. This seems odd, and a bit high, considering many local car shops will take your used oil for free, and that used oil is typically worth between $1.50-6.00 per gallon. The "Shop Supply Fee" on 8/20/25 had increased to $10.24. That is a 125 percent increase in a dubious (aka "bs") charge over a period of three months. The fees charged for "State" and "County" are also different, and I'm not sure how they change an annual tax rate between May and August. In other words, this location will add and change prices at their whim. The prices advertised are lower than the prices they charge. It's called "fraudulent inducement" and "detrimental reliance" under the law, but I don't have the time or desire to pursue it legally, so I figured I would warn everyone about these tactics before they go so they can make an informed decision regarding their car maintenance providers.

They promised to fix both before we closed the deal. Now it's more than a week later and my car has been "in service" at a closer Five Star dealership, and when that dealership requested the parts my car needed, Five Star Chrysler waited until after parts orders could no longer be placed that day, then confirmed they would fix the headliner, not the door handle. The GM avoided my calls, everyone else said he was working on it, but eventually did agree to order the handle. So, the car was bought, given right back to them to fix, transferred to another dealership, and the repairs there added another week on top of that. I cannot stress enough, like most everyone else who has reviewed this place: STAY AWAY

Then I got an email from a very sweet, efficient and concerned customer loyalty specialist, Amanda. She worked with me, the dealerships and the regional manager Patrick. So we decided to give them another chance because they told us they would make it right. After several months of communicating, we were not offered a better deal on any car than we could get anywhere. When I asked for Patrick to call or email, once again there was no response. Five Star Mazda does not care about customer service or customer loyalty. Not only do we still have a car that has many issues they couldn't and wouldn't correct without a blank check, they once again didn't do anything to make it right.

He said they are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I explained my situation. He took my information, assured me that the car would be ready if I could get it there absolute first thing this morning. My car is running better NOW than it ever has. I will check out this company's website and find out what other services are offered at this location. I see that there have been some bad reviews on this location and I cannot speak to them. When she finally located one through…read moreHutchinson GMC Cadillac, she engaged in ten full days of communication with their salesman to ensure every detail was in place. We live three hours away, so she specifically asked--multiple times--whether she needed to place any earnest money to secure the vehicle. She was assured "No, it's yours. Come Saturday." We were texting salesperson Saturday am. Based on their word, we drove three hours, only to receive a phone call minutes before pulling into the dealership informing us that the vehicle had been sold. Although the salesperson knew we were driving up to purchase vehicle. No communication whatsoever. This was not an oversight--this was a complete breakdown of professional responsibility. When we arrived, I addressed the salesman directly. To be fair, he seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. The real failure came from the management team. When I asked for a supervisor, I was met not with accountability or an apology, but with an insincere, scripted sales pitch--the kind you hear from someone more concerned with deflecting blame than resolving an issue. I made it clear that what occurred was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable. As we exited, the supervisor called out, "Drive safe going home," with unmistakable sarcasm. That comment alone reflects an astounding lack of maturity, professionalism, and customer respect. Only after we were already two miles down the interstate did the General Manager contact us. And the reason for the call was obvious: he had been informed that I intended to leave a negative review. Suddenly, he was eager to "make it right." Not because he valued us as customers, but because he wanted to shield the dealership from public accountability and protect his year-end customer service metrics. He claimed to have "another XT5 identical to the one you wanted." We returned--only to find a burgundy not white vehicle that was nowhere near what was promised. This was a transparent attempt to pacify us long enough to prevent a negative review. It was manipulative and unprofessional. At no point did the dealership offer: * Gas reimbursement * A meal voucher * A gift card * A sincere apology * Any form of compensation for a wasted six-hour trip Nothing. After causing significant inconvenience, they provided zero effort to correct their failure. I work in public service. If we inconvenienced citizens like this, we would immediately provide support--fuel cards, meal vouchers, whatever was necessary--to make it right. The fact that Hutchinson Cadillac did not speaks volumes. This dealership may have inflated online ratings, but it only takes one experience like ours to reveal the truth: Hoskins GMC Cadillac is mismanaged, poorly trained, and prioritizes protecting its image over practicing integrity. To the General Manager: Your reactive, review-driven approach to customer care is not leadership. It is damage control. And it is obvious. We will never do business with this dealership again. Anyone considering it should understand that you are taking a gamble with an organization that has demonstrated a willingness to break promises, waste customers' time, and hide behind polished ratings rather than deliver genuine service.
