Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

Pros: ****if you call ahead and ask for an estimate for known repairs, you will know exactly what you plan on paying for (for ex: oil change)****, professional, knowledgeable, will accept reservations for *almost all* services, great estimates for how long your repairs should take, you are greeted from the start and the staff work hard to ensure that you are always informed with what repairs are being done at the time and which ones may be needed sooner or later (giving both mileage vs. months) Cons: do not accept reservations for oil changes at this time, so oil changes are first come first served (BUT! I was able to go early on a Friday morning, and was informed that it should take around 15 mins and it did!) ========================================================== Longer version: I called ahead for an estimate for an oil change and was able to speak with Kevin, the store manager, who truly made me feel as though they would take great care of my car and gave me an exact estimate for the synthetic oil change (using 0W-20) as $62.28 (a $5 discount was given as I am a new customer on my first visit!). Kevin also informed me that I would be greeted and guided throughout my entire experience. When I arrived to the Log Cabin location, I noticed there were 2 hubs on the left hand side of the lobby and 3 on the right. I was greeted and asked about which repairs I was looking for today. I was instructed to head over to the right side where they would take care of my oil change. I did ask for Kevin to see if he was available, but I was told that Kevin was working on another car at the time. Nonetheless, I was taken care of immediately by other crew members. After filling out a new customer info sheet, my car was serviced by Glenn, the hood tech, and his co-worker, "MW" the pitt tech, who both did a great job! I chose to stay with my car during the visit, and I was astounded by the amount of information that Glenn was willing to share during my visit. He also walked me through a 2 page info packet which showed the status of many parts for my car and informed about the recommendations for now and for later along with the costs for each. ****Before finalizing the transaction, Glenn came around and showed me the dipstick for the oil and I personally was able to see that yes, fresh oil had been put in, and yes, the oil level was at the new high. This was very surprising to me as I have never had a technician at the repair location verify with me on-site that I was satisfied with my oil change (and I am guilty of pulling off to the side to personally check the dipstick myself after oil changes!) It was refreshing to see that the technicians were confident with their work and willing to show the customer prior to requesting payment!**** After paying, I was given my receipt and a guide flyer as to how to write a review too. I was guided out of the hub and out in about 15 mins! I took my 8 cylinder car in for an oil change and other small services. I was told that in addition to the basic services I requested, that I would need spark plugs. I gave it the okay. When I got home I looked at the bill closely. They charged $25 dollars per copper spark plug (that's 25 x 8 for an 8-cylinder engine). I called about it. They said that I'd pay more at the dealer, and that it was the going rate. Looked online. The same Bosch copper plugs cost a max of 10 dollars a piece online and at the local parts stores. Just for the plug change (no wires included), I paid $289 parts and labor. That's quite a markup and quite an exorbitant rate for a plug change. These guys were courteous and professional in person. However, I've paid less for the same services (brakes, etc.) at my usual Firestone in NC. I'd say be informed about going rates before you go here (I compared rates using these guys before), and look at the cost estimate CLOSELY before you give it the okay. Update (7/22/2015): Manager called and offered an apology. The plugs were double-platinum, but they marked them as copper (@ @25 each) on the receipt. We went back and forth about a possible resolution, and we finally agreed on an $80 dollar refund. Good guys.

Now it's more than a week later and my car has been "in service" at a closer Five Star dealership, and when that dealership requested the parts my car needed, Five Star Chrysler waited until after parts orders could no longer be placed that day, then confirmed they would fix the headliner, not the door handle. The GM avoided my calls, everyone else said he was working on it, but eventually did agree to order the handle. So, the car was bought, given right back to them to fix, transferred to another dealership, and the repairs there added another week on top of that. He took my information, assured me that the car would be ready if I could get it there absolute first thing this morning. My car is running better NOW than it ever has. I will check out this company's website and find out what other services are offered at this location. I see that there have been some bad reviews on this location and I cannot speak to them. I can only review what service my car has had and how it has affected me. The appointment was made this morning, and I will speak with the manager about what other services are offered. Until I have a reason NOT to return, I will be bringing my car(s) to this location. I wanted to try another place/business, but they are so booked up it is not going to be available for me to get it done.
