I was on a tight travel schedule and honestly in a bit of a panic needing my truck fixed quickly--but they really came through when it mattered most. The biggest win? They FINALLY fixed my AC. This has been an ongoing headache that multiple other shops couldn't figure out, and I was starting to think it would never get resolved. Javoni and the team actually took the time to get to the root of the issue--and now it's running perfectly. Huge relief and seriously impressive work. Highly recommend!

The brother said they couldn't do it and admitted seeing it on the schedule they keep. The old guy is really nasty. They replaced a battery on my car without asking me. Did it need a battery? Maybe or maybe not. But, that should be my decision to make and not has as to the battery and brand. Turns out he was just grasping at straws as to what the problem was. PSST: I took it somewhere else and it was the starter. You'd think as long as they've done this, they could have figured it out. The older guy got really snotty after he lost weight. Took it to another mechanic who doesn't treat people like dirt like this place does. If you like being talked down to, treated like dirt, you'll love this place.

After waiting all day for a check they told me tires were the issue. I already had tires on order elsewhere so said I'd stop back if it persisted. Got the tires swapped and it still had the noise so I came back the next day. Waited all day for them to take a look and they didn't get to it. The desk guy suggested that I take it elsewhere as he (personally) thought it may be transmission related. Took it to another local shop and it indeed was the axle. Just disappointed that they really didn't take the time to look at it after having it sit for two days. Gladly would have paid for their time. Maybe they just don't want work beyond tires and oil changes? Who knows.

We corresponded with them for two weeks before traveling to pick up the truck and I must admit that I was nervous. The truck was going through final inspections when we arrived but the lobby was a great distraction. All around the wall you find antiques, states and old memorabilia. Chargers throughout and a rocking chair, tv, water/coffee for your pleasure. Gary was the force and Amy was the fuel, I thought she had been there for years and actually it hadn't even been a year. I've had interactions with a handful of AAMCOS and this one by far was the best. They have a warranty at AAMCO and we haven't had to use it because the truck is still running great. This review is long overdue but thank you for your outstanding customer service and genuine people skills.
