Gary does a fabulous job. He fixes what's wrong and warns you about what may be a problem down the road.

I've had nothing but good experiences from taking my car to Mitchell's. I originally started…read moregetting my oil changed there simply because of the $10 off coupons I've been getting with my Kroger receipts and each time I've gone they've been quick and courteous. However, after a recent experience with an actual repair I plan to bring all my business for my car to them regardless of a coupon or not. Recently the starter on my 2010 Hyundai Sonata was starting to fail. Wanting to try to replace it myself I initially ordered a part from Autozone on a Saturday and they said it wouldn't arrive till the next Tuesday. My car was only starting every other time, and the starter was on borrowed time so I wasn't psyched about the long wait. Sure enough my car completely stopped starting the next day, Sunday, and I had to have it towed back to my house. The Sonata being the only car between me and my wife, we had to get a rental car for the next couple of days, until the repair part came in and I could swap it out. I spent Monday afternoon trying to take out the old starter, only to realize I didn't have the proper tools to safely remove it myself. Desprite to get the job done quickly, so I wasn't paying for a rental forever, I called up Mitchell's to see what it would cost and how long it would take. Called them Monday late afternoon, and Mitchell himself quoted me a Parts and Labor cost of $300 car unseen, and said he could have it ready Tuesday afternoon. So we managed to get the car to their garage, and Mitchell gave me a call back about an hour later to let me know that after checking the VIN number on the car, he found that the Sonata required a special starter that has to be ordered straight from Hyundai (I know sounds a little fishy, but I had to go with it). He told me then that the part would cost around $330 and the labor would cost around $90. I agreed, being more or less struck, and $90 not being outrageous in the first place for automotive labor. Well sure enough Mitchell gave me a call at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon letting me know the car was ready. Left straight from work, to pick it up. Got more good news from Mitchell when I picked it up, the part turned out being cheaper than he thought, only $280, and the labor only came out to $72, not $90. This is what really won me over with them. Fact of the matter is he could have easily charged me the orignially quoted price for the parts and labor and I would have never known the difference, but he seems to run an honest shop and so when the price for the part was less and the time it took was less he charged me appropriately. As an additional bonus, since he was able to repair it quickly and in the time span he gave me, I was able to return the rental car early and save an addtional $50. Between the courteous staff, the accurate and honest estimations of pricing and time, my experience at Mitchell's has always been wonderful. I highly recommend this garage to anyone with automotive issues.

I took my 2011 Dodge Durango to them because it needed a Wireless Interface Node. I paid them $500…read more After the FIRST repair. The keys would not communicate with the new WIN and they DIDN'T KNOW? The push to start and keyless entry would not work at all and the key fob wouldn't work from the outside unless you were standing with the vehicle. So. I take it to them again. They fix it and it seems to be fine. They forget to plug in the gas cap release button SO I TAKE IT UP THERE AGAIN!!!! Now all seems well after this last time. The keyless entry and push to start work fine but shortly after I realize from outside the vehicle pushing the buttons on my key fob only works sometimes. I replaced the key fob batteries. Doesn't help. ANNOYED to say the least. I called them and guess what they say? I NEED ANOTHER WIN?? A THIRD ONE??? And why? "Because it's a Dodge and they make terrible products." I am done. I want my money back. I want everyone to know that these guys may be great at some things but DON'T expect them to fix a WIN MODULE!!! Take it to a Dodge place and let them fix it right the first time.
