He didn't even mention that he had a shop, he just heard mans voice and decided to give him the real price. So I called White Brothers and pretended I needed a price quote. As soon as I told the guy what car I had, he immediately said "I thought the other guy was talking bout a Kia Reno, I misheard him". Before I even mentioned I knew that he was lying. The guy that assisted me was propped on he counter watching reels on his phone. I showed his he Pic, and he went to get it. I keep hearing him make comments about the reel he is still watching and as I take a step, I see him standing at the top of the ladder watching his phone. He sees me, but that doesn't deter him. He continues watching and scrolling on his phone during the whole checkout process. Thanks, Anthony Israel, for making me feel like I was interrupting you.
