After 1 YEAR from the part being sold, used, run, and installed in the machine, they call asking for advice as to why the part wouldn't work that their customer installed. Casslake, took the machine in for the customer, split the case, and could clearly see this year model ranger was different. Polaris had a split year model difference in the design of their transmission. This falls on the installer/tech to make sure all parts fit, work correctly and bench test the machine to ensure transmission is in proper working condition before sealing the transmission. So now after 1 year, they're demanding a refund of the part that is now used, rusted, and no longer in new condition, and giving 1 star reviews on my business BBB page and google page, after the tech failed to recognize this part would have never worked in the machine to begin with. Any qualified tech/installer would have realized the part would have never worked correctly before installing, and part could have been returned, with no questions asked. We have a 30 day return policy, in that policy Cleary states parts are to be returned in new condition. Dealers be careful when selling your products to this business, they will come back at you a year later insisting on refunds when it was clearly out of return policy, ordered incorrectly on there behalf and installed incorrectly by customer. This does not fall on the dealer.

While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas.
