After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

Maybe or maybe not. But, that should be my decision to make and not has as to the battery and brand. Turns out he was just grasping at straws as to what the problem was. PSST: I took it somewhere else and it was the starter. You'd think as long as they've done this, they could have figured it out. The older guy got really snotty after he lost weight.
