Doesn't answer the phone, no voice mail, no notices on the door, NOTHING for his loyal customers. My husband saw him at the shop 2 week ago and he said he was open with limited hours; even posted them on the door. When the day came, he never showed up for the time window he was supposed to show up at. I had to call back 4 hours after the time window, and asked for him to come that afternoon. Few days later I noticed a hair so when I visited for the second appointment they took care of it no problem. Final results look great. They were patient with me as I tried to understand the tint levels and laws, took care of my car while they worked on it and overall a pleasure to work with. I also arranged to drop off my truck and pick it up later the same day. The 3M tint looks great on my truck. I went with the Ceramic option (middle tier) due to the lack of fading and quality that 3M is known for. When talking to an employee after picking up my truck, I was told that they have been using 3M for over 15+ years and they haven't had someone come back with an issue. Additionally, I dropped of the truck at lunch and I was able to pick up the truck right after work. It was ready when I got there. Overall I have to say that I'm very happy with my purchase.
