When the day came, he never showed up for the time window he was supposed to show up at. I had to call back 4 hours after the time window, and asked for him to come that afternoon. My husband saw him at the shop 2 week ago and he said he was open with limited hours; even posted them on the door. I also arranged to drop off my truck and pick it up later the same day. The 3M tint looks great on my truck. I went with the Ceramic option (middle tier) due to the lack of fading and quality that 3M is known for. When talking to an employee after picking up my truck, I was told that they have been using 3M for over 15+ years and they haven't had someone come back with an issue. Additionally, I dropped of the truck at lunch and I was able to pick up the truck right after work. It was ready when I got there. Overall I have to say that I'm very happy with my purchase. Met with me Saturday morning and he had me in and out in under an hour. Brian was professional the whole time. Cost of replacement was cheaper than the big nationwide company.
