I chose to have my van repaired at this location because it was close to where the accident occurred and my mother lives in Warner Robins. I want to start by saying the front-office customer service was excellent. The repairs took nearly two weeks longer than originally anticipated, which created a lot of chaos and displacement for me, but I received updates twice a week, my questions were answered, and everyone was friendly and communicative. I genuinely appreciated that proactive approach. Unfortunately, everything changed when I picked up my van and discovered new damage in a completely unrelated area. It was immediately apparent that my vehicle had been damaged while it was at the shop. I was absolutely dumbfounded and extremely upset--especially after waiting so long for my original repairs because I was desperate to finally get home. Lindsey handled the situation incredibly well. She was empathetic, reassuring, responsive, and solution-oriented. She treated me like a person who was dealing with an already stressful situation. I truly appreciated that. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Manager Amy. This was an extremely serious situation--arguably one of the worst things that can happen to a customer's vehicle while it is in a body shop's care. It was an opportunity for management to step up, take ownership, communicate clearly, and make the customer feel reassured. Instead, my experience was the opposite. After waiting on hold for approximately 10 minutes, I was told Amy would call me back. When I finally reached her myself later that day she immediately came across as dismissive and, rather than focusing on a solution, spent an uncomfortable amount of time placing blame on Lindsey and even the shop's proximity to a busy road. What was most frustrating was having to continuously follow up myself. I never received a proactive or reassuring call from Amy. There was no apparent sense of urgency, and her communication with the Gerber location in my hometown to help coordinate the next steps can only be described as lazy. After two days of feeling dismissed, I ultimately went into her office myself to "kick the ball down the field." Had I not continued pushing for basic written documentation, I honestly don't know how long it would have taken to get the information and reassurance I needed to finally leave Warner Robins and go home. Mistakes happen. I understand that, and I don't expect perfection from technicians or entry-level employees. What I do expect is competent management when something goes seriously wrong. The front-office team demonstrated what good customer service looks like. Unfortunately, the management response to a very serious situation fell far short of that standard. This location needs some serious management training--not because a mistake happened, but because of how the mistake was handled afterward.

Doesn't answer the phone, no voice mail, no notices on the door, NOTHING for his loyal customers. My husband saw him at the shop 2 week ago and he said he was open with limited hours; even posted them on the door. I've tried calling at least 10 times a day on the days he said he's open and even gone by the shop several times on those days. So far, unable to make ctc in any way. VERY unprofessional. I've saved work for 6 months so I could give it to him. I'm now forced to find another glass co.

They came out and measured the window real quick, but never even bothered to call about when to install the window! While everyone was out of the office, the window installer showed up, and called having an attitude about noone being there. They never bothered to call back about coming back to install. My office had to call a whole month after the man showed up without calling anyone, and finally made an appointment for him to come back. When the day came, he never showed up for the time window he was supposed to show up at. I had to call back 4 hours after the time window, and asked for him to come that afternoon. He STILL didnt' show up. This is a pitifully run business
