The hot and sour soup was the tastiest of the lot. It had tofu, wood ear mushrooms, and other veggies. It wasn't really that sour, so I added vinegar to it. After that, it was perfect! The egg drop soup was true to its name, lots of egg, very comforting. With both soups though, it was quite thick and a little salty so we had to dilute them a bit, but that's easy enough. The veggie fried rice was...unexpected. The rice was yellow and also had large chunks of broccoli! It tasted fine but didn't feel like fried rice.
