They do deliver and offer shipping but they don't do delivery services or in-person deliveries even if it is within San Francisco. Last but not least the shop is operated by a very old grandpa. He works the storefront alone so only come here early or if you have time. The rush can be easily overwhelming if you are waiting with a crowd. With that said my experience was very smooth. I ordered the lotus and black bean mini moooncakes for Mid-Autumn festival at work and it was a hit. We ran out in less than 30 minutes. In terms of flavor and texture our mooncakes were deliciously moist and the crust was nice and thin. Most mooncakes I've had were dry and dense but at Eastern Bakery it was the perfect size and bite. Think of a normal mooncake size but eating only a fourth of it. Thats the size of the mini mooncakes and I highly recommend these for your office parties or celebrations. Last but not least the bake shop is not a patisserie. They have their products laid out in front of their store on a folded table because that's how they managed to stay in business since covid.
