a slice of pizza and a box of fries

Flew into St Louis and this is the closest Imo's to the airport. Imo's is true st Louis style pizza and like most chains all franchises are not created equal. That being said It's in sketchy area (as is the neighborhood the airport is located) but the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We were eating inside and decided on the st Louis special which has a large 2 topping pizza, baked ravioli, Cinnimon rolls and cheese bited. It was about a 20 minute wait but everything cane our hot and fresh and we enjoyed it. Perfect amount of food for our family. Enjoyed thank you

I'm not sure how this place has managed a 3 star average to begin with. We flew in tonight and are staying at the pear tree inn. With there being no food places open around here, pizza was our only option. I mean, you can't really mess up pizza.. can you? It took 1.5 hours for the large pizza & salad to get here. Pizza was awful cold, looked gross and tasted awful. The salad didn't even come with a fork.. were in a hotel.. obviously i can't just go to my kitchen and grab a fork. I totally understand busy Friday nights, but the pizza was seriously hours old by the time it got here. Extremely disappointing

I've been wanting to try St. Louis style pizza for a while now and it's actually not bad. I called it in and it was ready within 15 minutes. The guys were here were very professional and kind. It's a thin crust pizza that's cut in squares, similar to Chicago style tavern pizza. Yes Chicago has two pizzas styles...not just deep dish. I ordered a large with sausage. It had a decent amount of sausage and covered in cheese. Provel cheese to be exact. It does have a much different taste than Mozzarella, but it was still very tasty. I wouldn't mind returning to Imos when ever I'm in a time crunch and need a quick bite on the go.

Golden BBQ wings tasted better than it sounded!!

Very fast and away from the crazy plazas for a bit of peace. The employees are so kind and considerate of my time. They deserve a raise or a promotion for their high etiquette serving several dozen customers in a high quality manner. Very respectable for this location. Very clean bathroom and surroundings.

Day trip from Las Vegas for a quick job at a casino. First time in St Louis, so asked someone at the casino, "I have never been here before, what would you recommend for a lunch before I catch my fight." They suggested I try Imo's, St. Louis style pizza. OK, lets give it a shot. I stopped at one, which was just a mile away from the casino, but it was takeout only, I want to sit down and enjoy my lunch before going to the airport. Soo, the young lady at this location, super nice, helped me find a location that had dine in. The location happened to be just a mile or so from the airport, PERFECT!! When I arrived a lady took my order and I took a seat at one of the booths. The thin crust style pizza came out after about 15 min. Topped with mushrooms, extra cheese, pepperoncini's, and jalapeno's, the flatbread style pizza was good, nothing amazing but good. I'm not a french fry person but had a side of them since it was part of a 8" inch pizza special. Cheesy, I love cheese but after cooling down a little they were no longer appetizing but again, I'm not a french fry type of guy. BEER! you say, well you'r S.O.L. they don't have alcohol here. This might hold true for the chain in general. Call me crazy, but I like to have beer with my pizza. All in all the service was great, friendly and polite staff. I'm glad I tried the pizza, it was good, just honestly can't say it was amazing.

So I finally got a chance to try out St. Louis famous #1 pizza place Imos. Don't get this pizza. It has a unique taste for sure but not in a traditional pizza taste. The pizza sauce is.... not good. That's 50% of the pizza to me. It taste like they put some Alfredo sauce on it. I think that's what gives it its unique flavor. I ordered delivery. I told a person that I was gonna try Imos for the first time and his answers me "Imos is nasty!" He recommended a better pizza place that I wish I would have taken his advice. So I thought maybe the wings will be good. Nope!!!! I ordered bbq wings. Wings were so dry they were almost stale. And I got no dipping sauce! I wasn't asked if I wanted dipping sauce. I read someone's review saying you would be better getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I agree! If Imos is #1 I don't want to taste #2

The weird pizza crust that is bland, and very hard.

I don't know what tasted better, the cardboard pizza box, or the pizza. This is a very confusing pizza, as it is literally a weird tasting he'd cracker, with a tiny bit of cheese (even though we paid for extra). My suggestion is to avoid this pizza place.

This is Cannelloni, just wondering how long ago it was made! Hard to find any noodles. So disappointed!

DONT EVER EAT HERE....This restaurant has a dirty kitchen.Multiple bugs in my pizza box.I used the drive thru and I called once I left and the weird high boiced pitch manager gone say "Well bring the pizza back up here and then we may give you a refund

I was in town, Imo's invented it, I had to try it before leaving. In fact I had to go with the St. Louis Style Pizza and Fried Ravioli. Placed an All Meat order to go and brought it back to the motel. Pizza was alright and the fried ravioli was decent but the only fried ravioli I have had so there was nothing to compare to. The Pizza here was decent. It will do in a crunch but I think there are many more better examples of St Louis Style.

Someone immediately came by to give me water and menus. Before I came in I saw that they had pesto, so I knew I was going to try that. When my server came by, I ordered the peach martini and got a side Caesar with my pasta. The drink came first followed by the salad. The cocktail was so refreshing and was even better than I expected. It's on the sweet side but isn't overpowering. The salad was probably my favorite out of everything (including the pasta). The dressing isn't like a normal Caesar as I found it to be tangy but in a pleasant way. I also love that they didn't skimp on the parmesan cheese! Last but not least was the entree. Pesto is my favorite and while I wouldn't go as far as saying im a pesto snob, I know what its supposed to taste like and also, when it's not quite right. Unfortunately their pesto fell into the latter. It was def missing a couple ingredients as it didn't have much of a taste. I found it to be bland. I had a few bites but wasn't interested. I boxed it up bc I felt bland leaving behind a lot of pasta. Overall, my server was incredibly sweet and the service was great. I'm not writing this place off but def won't be getting their pesto again. There's other dishes that are worth a shot, so I'll try those next time.

Unsure when it was done but there was carpet in the past.... This is a smaller dining area and there is a full bar in the back where you can pick up to go orders as well. Upon arrival we did not have a wait to get a table (must have been perfect timing). Our waitress came over quickly to take drink orders and brought over the tasty Italian bread! Our choices for the evening was a large salad to share, carbonara pasta and the Cajun pasta. We knew to only order one meal, but ordered two and had plenty of leftovers! The salad was amazing as always! Great dressing, cheese, artichokes, what's not to love! Our pasta arrived in large white pasta bowls. The Cajun pasta is loaded with the most delectable, creamy sauce and shrimp! The Carbonara was creamy with perfect noodles and the best flavors. Truly think this location has the best pasta! Our evening out included this perfect meal with a couple beers from the bar. Hope to be back soon!

Shortly after I sat down, we started with cocktails, I went with an old standard, but my husband and son tried signature drinks, and I highly recommend the Milk dud martini (it's almost dessert). We had Mark as our server (who was extremely attentive and helpful in making selections), he suggested a sample appetizer of tortellini and lobster ravioli (just a sample of each) and it was the perfect start to dinner. We then moved on to salads, some had the Italian salad and some had the Caesar - both were good, but the Caesar was served in a tortilla shell.... would have been better in a parmesan crisp cup. I selected the Sea Bass special - it was perfectly cooked and was in a perfect sauce. My husband and son had the Reagan pasta and my daughter in law had the Busch chicken all cooked to perfection. My other 2 sons had steak, one had the filet and one had the strip - both very generous cuts of beef and cooked perfectly....all in all a good night. Only curious item was when I asked for one of the small rooms I was told they had reservations for them....but we did not see it

We arrived on a quiet, cold night and were seated right away. There were plenty of tempting menu options and specials, which made choosing difficult. We started with Nonna's meatball and each ordered a pasta dish. My wife chose the pistachio pasta, and I ordered the pappardelle. The meatball was excellent, and the sauce had an almost barbecue-like tang. My pappardelle was incredibly satisfying and easy to finish despite the generous portion. That said, my wife's dish was the clear winner. The chili brought a piquancy that read as a pleasant smoky note, perfectly complementing the tomato base. The tiramisu was unique and truly one of a kind. We will definitely be back.

I love St Louis style pizza. You can't find Provel anywhere near where I live in the PNW. This one has a really nice thin crust with plenty of mushrooms. I thought their sauce was a little on the sweet side. Not my favorite so far. I also came back with my coworker because he wanted a taste of St. Louis on his short stay, but he wasn't impressed either. I picked up some mushroom spaghetti on my next stop but that was also far too sweet and just okay. Sadly, for some reason pizza places seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays which are the main days I'm in town this week for work, so I guess it's this place or Imo's this time, but I'll plan to go during Faraci's open hours next time.
