Fresh Tech was able to send someone on very short notice and get our apartment cleaned quickly! Faruk was thorough in asking about our location, rooms, and parking and was able to provide accurate pricing. Alicia was polite and comprehensive in her cleaning. We did provide a bucket, our vacuum, and a ladder to help speed the process, though not sure if this changes anything other than availability and turnaround time. Regardless, we'd definitely recommend in the future and will be returning for future cleaning should we need it!

Well, I can't tell you how grateful we are for Fresh Tech Maids! We are pretty eco-conscious and that is what drew us to this company, along with great customer service. Jamaica is so responsive and patient when it comes to answering all of my questions around scheduling :). We are especially grateful for Corrina! She has been our go-to cleaner for several months. For one, I look forward to seeing her and chit-chatting occasionally throughout the day. Secondly, she takes such good care and is extremely diligent! Lastly, she is great at communication and accommodating. She knows our house so well now that I can just let her in and she knows exactly what to do; not to mention that she is efficient. I highly recommend Fresh Tech Maid and Corrina, if she's available, so please reach out to Jamaica at info@freshtechmaids.com! Thank you!

Wow is all I can say. Gaby is amazing beyond words!! My family recently purchased a new home and…read moreafter construction and painting, we really needed a good deep cleaning. The previous owner did not do a great job maintaining the home so there was a lot of greasy and just overall dust accumulated from years of wear and tear. In addition, we found out that the previous owner had cockroaches and that they had glued some roach repellent that was evident in the kitchen area. I searched for a number of cleaning places on Yelp and most of them gave me an estimate that I thought was not a good reflection of the size of my house. So always ask for the companies to come out and give you an actual price and so you can tell them your expectations so that no one is surprised by the price or your inability to pay. We had a couple of people come view our house and give us actual prices of how much it would cost to clean but my husband and I got the sense that many of them would just do a clean sweep of the house and call it a day. We really liked Gaby and her daughter Karla. They really seemed to know what they were doing, and I could tell that they were very hard working. We agreed to have Gaby and her cleaning team come on Thursday at 8 am and we decided on a price. Gaby brought all her own material and she had three people assist her in the cleanup. They came and all of them went upstairs to tackle the bedrooms first because the Jacuzzi's and tubs were never cleaned and had so much junk in them. Gaby spent 2 hours cleaning just one of my Jacuzzi's (I have 3). While she worked on the tub, her cleaning crew cleaned my windows from the inside, swept, mopped, and vacuumed the floors, dusted the fan, cleaned up the bathrooms and just did an overall great job with focus on detail. I appreciate how detail orientated Gaby is and how she literally scrubbed the life out of my tubs. She found a fist size hairball inside of the bathtub which she herself pulled out. It was absolutely disgusting but I am SO grateful to her level of detail for it. It took them 4.5 hours to clean the upstairs and then they came down to the main floor and got to work in all the other rooms. They then worked in the basement and ended in the kitchen since it was the most work. They literally cleaned the kitchen for five hours but omgosh, they did a FANTASTIC JOB. Wow- I cannot praise their work enough. I love quality work and I am a huge advocate for taking your time and really scrubbing deep but doing a great job and this team- they did an AMAZING job. They stayed almost 11 hours but my home is 4,000 square feet and they did a deep scrub. I bought them lunch and coffee because they deserved it and I hope whoever reads this and is considering them also treats them with the highest level of respect. They are so kind, asking me do I want this cleaned and even though I offered them water, they still asked again if they could help themselves. They were very gracious, professional, clean, responsible and kind- I really appreciated their work ethic. Let the pictures speak for themselves of their work ethic! Their work was so great that they will be coming back to clean my home every two weeks. We are so grateful for their services! Thank you so much Gaby, Karla and team!!

I have never had a painter help me with this before, and it's a money saver over using a interior decorator or using the wrong color and having to repaint. We finally found a cleaner that we liked and things were going very smoothly for the past few months. Even though we were a bit touch and go at the beginning, we thought things worked out. We often have issues coordinating with the owner, but finally built a good relationship directly with a cleaner. But today she no showed and we had no explanation from the company or the cleaner. I had to call them just to find out what happened, got no apology or explanation except that "Oh I tried to call her and didn't hear back." No offer to try and resolve at all. Would not recommend.

Communication was great and we talked through everything I was looking for and they quoted me a very fair price. I have a 2 bed/2 bath, and they also did a fridge clean, a good clean of the windows, and even worked on a stain on my couch. Cindy and Frances were prompt and came loaded with their own gear. After walking them through my apartment and showing them what needed special attention, they set to work. They were very respectful of my space, wore booties over their shoes, asked me what kind of products I wanted used, and were so sweet with my cats. And boy were they thorough! They said they'd get into every nook and cranny and they meant it. I feel like I need to stay at a hotel for a few days so I don't ruin how sparkling my place is now. As someone with limited bandwidth for anything above maintenance cleaning (if that!), having Cindy and Frances work on my apartment feels like the biggest relief. Every time I exclaimed at how messy things were, they didn't bat an eye and said "no problem, we're here to help." Each time they finished a room I admired their work and they would say "wait til you see the next one!" They stayed for longer than I anticipated, but that is a blessing. I am exceptionally grateful to Pow Pow and cannot wait to work with them again.
