RUN AWAY. I had been a client of Kathy's for almost 9 years and continued to use the service during the pandemic. A few months ago, we had a horrible mold discovery and requested a change of cleaner. We've been trying to work with Kathy since but of the last 4 appointments we were supposed to have, she rescheduled 3 and has now completely ghosted me. I could not be any more disappointed. read more

We had Kathy for monthly cleanings for 2 years and we were happy with the service, and even referred her to multiple people. A few months ago, she didn't show up for her cleaning. Since then, she has ignored our phone calls, emails and texts. I originally called and emailed her out of concern and wanted to know that everything was ok. She is still ignoring our calls and emails and will not return our key. Untrustworthy and unreliable- STAY AWAY! read more

I have never had a cleaning service before but found Cleanology Corp. Kathy is wonderful and simply amazing! I'm not quite sure how she does it but she manages to get my apartment looking brand-new every time. I have horrible allergies and asthma and the cleaning products that she use are odorless and never bother either one. I highly recommend Cleanology!!! read more

As other reviewers mentioned, Kasia (Kathy) of Cleanology completely ghosted us on May 31, 2019. She had cleaned weekly for 8 months, then one day didn't show up. I was super worried that something happened to her; I must have called/texted over 20 times that day and the following week. When I came to Yelp to see reviews, I saw this was not the first time. I'm still in shock about it, and so bummed because we were pleased with her work (I even told her that Fridays were my favorite day of the week because she made our house sparkle!) She was friendly and trustworthy, AND great with our dog and cat! I thought she would be with us for years, and I can't imagine why she would just disappear. Very disappointing. At a minimum, I would like our house key returned! read more

Established in 2014.

I have been part of the cleaning industry for over 15 years. Initially, I worked for a cleaning service and then moved on to become an independent housekeeper. My clientele steadily grew, and finally I've reached the point where it became impossible to meet the demand. I had a choice: turn prospective clients away or start a cleaning business. I chose the latter, and that is how Cleanology Corp. was born. There is a great need for a professional, reliable cleaning service, and we are here to fulfill it. We are a new business, however, with several years of experience and many satisfied customers, you can consider us the experts in the cleaning industry.

Don't spend a lot of time comparing options (like i did). He's the right one - the referral i got was spot on... Photos are from one room (the last one they did) ___The Choice___ After nearly 15 years in our home, we decided it was time to freshen up the interior with a full paint job. I looked around for a few people and got two providers to come in for a quote. Isaiah came recommended from a freind that did a full gut rehab and had a great experience with him. The other was a reco from the house next door after they had a full interior paint job. Isaiah's pricing was much better and more transparent. He actually included one page for each of the 3 floors, with specific details of the work to be done in each area and the price for that room/section. His price was also better than our other option by a meaningful amount. It wasn't cheap, but the proposal was so detailed, I felt like it made sense. It was also easy because he is a responsive communicator and seemed to be "on top of things" when we exchagned notes. __Scheduling__ We gave him a small deposit (20% or so) and decided that we wanted to wait 2 months before beginning work (trips and guests). He put us on the calendar, but life happened. About 2 weeks out, we needed to push back 2 more weeks. He flipped a few jobs and accomodated us - which he didn't need to do. It was a HUGE blessing to us. ___The Work___ We expected it to be a 2 week job, but it took 16 working days (3 weeks + a final saturday) to do the work. The went floor by floor, essentially 1 week at a time. We have a lot of space and needed a fair amount of repair work from water damage and sub-par previous patchwork. We also had a lot of trim to re-paint. Plus, it was our fault: He worked with us on all of that and a few odds & ends that we asked for after he started. It raised the price, but was more than fair and probably screwed up his schedule by a day or two. They were good at the start time every day, which helped (plus or minus 20mins). They wrapped each day at a good time for us too. They also worked clean and covered everything on the floors they were working (the repairs created a LOT of dust). It was typically 2 guys, sometimes 3. Most floors were color matched, with a few changes. ___The results___ We are VERY VERY VERY satisfied with the work Isaiah and his team did in the house. The work was crispy and they were quick to address any last minute quality issues we saw as we inspeted every rooms (lots of them). The repair work was flawless and we're finally back in a "new" looking house. I can't recommend the Isaiah enough.

We constantly find ourselves saying, "What would we do without Kathy?" One time, we cut back on cleanings and went two months without her. Worst two months ever. We have used Cleanology's services every other week for over a year and it's the best! She and her team are such hardworking, kindhearted people.
