He made my bed in that moment and I couldn't believe how ugly and ghetto he made it look. Then, they have the audacity to advise it was a $160 flat rate over yelp messages, but when he asked for payment, they advised it was actually going to be $190 for an initial cleaning and afterwards it's $150. WHAAAAAAT?! Do not use them. I'm shocked right now. I swear, I had a wonderful day, and now, I'm in a nasty mood. Update 9/1/2026: I was trying to clean my cabinets with my Bona pet cleaners and noticed they were all stolen from my cabinet. I'm shocked. I reached out to the team and advised I would be filing a police report. 2nd update 9/1/2026: Text received "we found the bottle in our cleaning supplies.
