I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. The guy calls downstairs and says "I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, but is it smokey in here?" As the entire room is covered in smoke. This led to black soot all over my living room, which I had to have professionally cleaned as a result. #3: Since the job was half done and the machine broke (which I was very understanding about) the guy said he would bring the remaining cushions and seats with him and bring them back first thing the next morning.
