I asked him for the box from the lock and he said no problem. I didn't see the box anywhere. I texted him asking if he had the box. He said he didn't. Communication was fast and smooth, both online and via text. I really appreciated that all of my questions were answered clearly, and the price for immediate service--especially on a Sunday--was excellent. I had initially contacted the dealership to replace the key/fob for my Toyota, but their price was outrageous! Not only would I have had to wait for delivery, but I also would've needed to tow my car to their location. Thankfully, I found "Discount Locksmith"! Their service was a fraction of the dealership's cost, and they came directly to me. I reached out on Sunday morning, and by midday the job was done--in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend them!! The money saved and the time I didn't waste addressing this urgent issue for our daughter was truly invaluable.
