My son recently purchased a car and it only came with one key fob. I purchased a new key fob from Nissan and then called Todd at Precision Auto Lock about programming the key fob and cutting the new key. He promptly answered the phone when I called and was very polite. He asked questions about where I purchased the new key fob and then quoted me a very reasonable price. When my daughter's VW Beetle wouldn't turn on and we thought it was a problem somewhere in the ignition, I found Precision Auto Lock online and called Todd. He was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and met us in an hour in the parking lot where the car was stranded.
