He communicated with me the entire time and politely apologized for the delay, telling me that I helped someone from truly having a breakdown that day. That was awesome! Sharing that made me feel great. He accurately diagnosed all five doors and cut to the chase on his own recommendation while giving me all the options. I didn't want to spend the money to replace ALL THE LOCKS on ALL FIVE DOORS of the house I just bought but, he was right. Two retirees lived there and never used the locks and they were ruined! Bob got the job done quickly. He saved me money. He was professional, polite, accurate and thoughtful. New to the area and Bob, the locksmith, gave me a great first impression of Orlando. had a car key made here at the end of October 2025. By January 2026, the key completely stopped working and locked me out of my car. I had my previous key for three years and never had this issue. I was told it would be $125 to redo the key, even though the failure happened within a few months I understand policies, but a key failing this quickly points to a programming or quality issue. No accountability or effort to stand behind the work. The owner replied publicly on google review stating they would inspect and potentially repair or replace the key at no charge if the issue was related to their work. However, when I contacted them directly, I was told I was "informed wrong" and that they would not look at the key for free. There was no empathy or effort to stand behind what was stated in their public response. It feels like the reply was posted to save face rather than actually resolve the issue. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ‼ I contacted them after losing the key for my Porsche Macan. They assured me I was purchasing an "original key," but what they sold me was a cheap key from China. They misled me, and when I confronted them, the owner said he would "replace" it with another key from China but refused to refund me, even though the sale was made under false pretenses. On top of that, the key they gave me is already causing issues, and I was informed that using a low-quality aftermarket key like this can damage the computer of my car, which is extremely expensive to repair. I paid $640, and for that amount I could have gone directly to Porsche and gotten a legitimate, safe, factory key. This business is dishonest and puts customers' vehicles at risk. Now I need to go through Court to solve this. Avoid them and go to a reputable locksmith or directly to the dealership. read more

Horrible. Horrendous. I lost my key at work and called this company to help. They came within 30-40 minutes, which was promising. Did not give a quote over the phone first because they said they needed to see the chip first. Okay fair. They said they could cut a new key and started immediately. The technician works for 2 hours on my car. Ends up having to take the entire ignition switch or something like that out because basically the key was stuck in it. He's banging that shit around, forcing it, cutting multiple different times, etc. I knew it wasn't going to work. Now, mind you, all I did was misplace my key, otherwise my car is perfectly fine! After the two hour struggle, the technician states "I think you need ignition repair, the key is really hard to turn. It works in the door but not the starter." Brother, what are you even talking about! If I have had ignition issues I would have known about it before this! I lost my key! I got to work at 5 am this morning perfectly fine! Ignition repair is insane considering you removed the whole thing got shit stuck in it, banged it around, and attempted to put it back together again. Fast forward 18 hours, I finally find my key, of course. I go to turn my car on. Guess what!!!! It doesn't turn on!! !!!!!!!! A missing key! which I found!! And now my whole car is ruined!!! And on the phone the excuse is "this happens." Happens to whom?? Happens how often???? Because it shouldn't!!!! If you don't know how to do a job, maybe just don't do it?? Never use this company there are better options! I contacted this company because I needed a new key with remote since one of my buttons on my remote was broken. Long story short, the person I worked with lied to me about pricing with them and when I confronted him about it he blatantly stated that "he did not care" and "too bad". Two days after I paid for my new key and remote the remote stopped working. I spoke with a "supervisor" who blamed me for the broken remote and dismissed anything I said about the terrible customer service from the previous employee. If I paid more, they would show up sooner, otherwise 9-9:30. Showed up at 10:15. I needed my keys out of my trunk. They unlocked my car doors, which didn't do me any good because the alarm was still armed and I couldn't pop the trunk. Charged me $50 and said the would come back the next day and make a key for $250 and credit the $50 towards that fee. Never showed up the next day. I called and they said they would show up, but now the key would be $500. I spoke with Alex, who started YELLING at me and told me he doesn't care what someone else told me. We Do Locksmith, Orlando, contacted us the morning after their service call and asked to come back out and rework the job to our satisfaction. Friendly and polite technician who wore a mask and took his shoes off before coming into our home. He fixed the scratches on the door and installed an alternate lock set with matching keys. Fantastic customer service!!! They came out to replace my lost key late at night. When he got there my battery had died from when another locksmith tried to program a replacement key fob for me earlier in the night. He had a portable battery charger but it didn't have enough charge left in it. We called Security for jumper cables but it took almost an hour for them to come. In the meantime, the locksmith was trying everything he could to get my battery some juice. Finally Security shows up with a full battery pack and the locksmith was able to program the new key in minutes. I should have called We Do Locksmith first instead of messing with the other company. He was fast, polite and helpful. Do yourself a favor and call them first. He was honest and direct. read more

If anyone on here was ever charged $375 for a "one" key fob for a car let me know. Guy shows up and doesn't give a price until AFTER he starts the car and goes that will be $375 after 10 minutes. On Friday we called because the key wouldn't open the door and he said he could unlock it and get us a new key. We choose to do an alarm system and have them unlock the door and they said it would cost $320. They said the could come Friday, called them and told them we got the door open but we still wanted the alarm done because it was still going off and they said they couldn't come on Friday and would come Saturday. Saturday came, they never called showed up or called and say they weren't able to make it. Sunday we called them and they said they didn't come because they forgot. They also said the could come and they would give a discount. The get here at 6pm and they do things and the charged $425 but would make it just $400 for us. This place is extremely unprofessional and very unreliable. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! Take it some where else where it would be better spent. read more

These guys absolutely saved the day for me a few days ago. I had a wonky lock to deal with before an open house I was showing. To make a long story short, I got locked out an hour before my event. I was in a panic but needed to stay calm and get things done. I did a quick google search for "Emergency Locksmiths". This place was the first one I called. A nice woman answered and said she would get someone to call me ASAP. Not even a minute later I get a call that they'll be out to my location in 20 min. Everything I was told was true. Kero drives up in his work vehicle and I explain to him the situation. It ended up being an easy fix and cheaper than I had anticipated! This company saved the day in the nick of time and I am most appreciative. I have already spread the word to fellow Realtors. I was told it would be $120 dollars for them to come out and program two key fobs I bought off Amazon. When they arrived the guy told me it was $120 to program one and another $80 to program the second. I told him to program just one Since I only ever had one and now I will have one that works and one that kind of works. He then asked me what's my budget. I don't care about budget I care about being told one thing and then when you arrive it's something different. Turns out my key fobs didn't work and he should me a new one programmed for $200. Well let me say I am really pleased with my experience...I needed an extra keyfob for my car and went to the dealer who told me they were going to charge me $380, this is after I told them I had my own keyfob that I had purchased online, in other words they were going to charge me $380 for just reprogramming the keyfob....I refused to pay that much and decided to call WE DO LOCKSMITH....I spoke to the OMRI ( he was awesome) who gave me a quote based on my vehicle...I told him that I had my own keyfob and that I wasn't sure if it was unlocked... anyways he said he would unlock the keyfob if it wasn't unlocked and will reprogram my key....I met him at the shop and it took less than 20 minutes for the whole process to get done....He gave me a great price and Great service just excellent read more

On October 7th, I contacted WE DO Locksmith to make a key for my Lexus RX330. The key did not work because when I placed it in the door, the alarm went off, which I had earlier explained to the locksmith. I contacted the locksmith Omiri? on October 17th, when this happened, to let him know that the key was not working. At 806 pm, he responded via text, saying, "It is $265 but I'll take off the $135 you already paid and you can keep the previous key as well So $130." I agreed with this arrangement since I had paid $135 for a key that was worthless. It is now 2 days later, and I have not heard a single word from this man!!! He was rude, argumentative and unprofessional even saying that I wanted him to fix my vehicle. I will NEVER use their services again. My husband and I got locked out of our house when our garage door opener broke and neither of us had the key to our storm door on us. We saw the reviews for WDL and hoped they could get to us quickly. We were called by our technician, Mike, when he was delayed getting to us in the quoted time. Once he arrived he was able to assess the easiest way to get us into our house. It is actually comforting to know just how hard it is to break into our own house. Mike was awesome! I had a push button closet lock that had a dead battery and I had lost the key. Mike was running behind and called me several times to let me know, which in itself was amazing. This company is using the bait and switch scam! When people call and need help, they tell that they have to come out to see the vehicle before they can give you a quote. They do this to see what type of neighborhood, the condition that your vehicle is in, and how dire is your needs. Once they assess those things they then give you a quote. They know what type of vehicle you have before they come out so they have an estimate in their minds of what the service will cost. According to the company, anything that is not a 2019 model is old! If you are just needing an extra key and it is not an emergency, then they will give you a good deal but if they know that you are in dire need or have an older model luxury vehicle(Anything prior to 2019) then they will take advantage. They will tell you what the services cost and they will quote you a service that is cheaper than other services but once they start working on your vehicle the price will increase. If you do not agree to the price increase then they will do the work but they will not give you the services that you paid for and damage your vehicle. They charged me for keys with a remote but gave me a valet key without a remote and broken transponder attached. They also damaged my vehicle causing my airbag light to flash. They broke the little round seal in my glove compartment. When I called the company to inform them, he called me back and threatened that I had better not call back to complain because he was the owner! This guy is a time bomb waiting to explode! When he knows that he has been caught doing a shady deal or his wrongdoing has been exposed, he goes crazy! He starts yelling insults and telling you how much his time is worth. He is Narcissistic and feels superior to the people he serves! My car is immaculate yet he chose to damage it without any remorse! I do not want anything from this company, I just want the public to know how they operate and to beware of their tactics. read more

Young guy showed and pretended to be other company in called. We do LOCKSMITH's did not return my call to confirm appointment nor pricing. He was unprofessional, asked me personal questions about being single, and took 3 hours to change a mailbox lock. He banged and attempted to bend metal using my brick driveway, which I prevented him from damaging and had to advise more than twice. When he finally finished, after taking off and installing 3 different locks (all mailbox locks), he told me the price was $200 for the mailbox lock & $80 for installation. When I refuse to pay nearly $300 and threatened to call the company. He became hostile, but determined to stop me. So he stood out in my front yard yelling I HAVE TO GO'!!! He then tried to bargain with me, telling me to 'pay whatever I wanted'. While I was speaking to the company trying to resolve the incident and report his actions, he called my phone while waiting n the driveway and yelled how I was taking too long and he needed to go then hung up. After I paid the price I wanted to pay to just get rid of his belligerent, unprofessional, and immature behavior. He hung up his cellphone then yelled at me that his boss was mad at him because of me. I became angry and suprised by his disrespectfulness. Advised him that what he was doing was against the law and that he needed to get off my property. His manager did call me 30 min later. He apologized & states that his Technician did not know what he was doing. This is completely unethical and a scam.
