You could lock from outside well but when same lock is used to lock from inside, anyone can still open from outside 2) One of the door's lock got stuck and would not open. I understand that his time has value, but what is upsetting is how 1) the woman made a promise that she can't keep and had no business making in the first place 2) neglected to call me back when she learned the locksmith wasn't going to do the job and leave me hanging for 1 hour. If she had called me back, I wouldn't have minded paying more; $40 is lower than anyone else.
