The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business

Thr fobs worked great, Keys needed to be cut. I took the keys to my local Ace Hardware, and they refused to cut them. If I bought them there and got them cut, then fine. Price? $100 per key. Someone recommended West End Safe & Lock, so I went there the next morning. I spoke with Rick and he said "No problem! I can't guarantee they will work though, as I can't verify the source" He took about 10 minutes to cut both keys. My cost? $20.00 total. I took them to the car and started it with each key. Perfect. At first, that was a LOT of money, especially considering the wallets, car keys, etc were all locked in the house. After figuring it out, he arrived and cut a new key on the spot that worked. He then asked to see ID's and deed to the home or he would lock us back out, and we were all to happy to provide him with everything needed.
