Please ask for written statement and signature of pricing before installation so they cannot up-charge as the bank will not cancel a transaction in your favor if there is a receipt and signature as proof. The very next day, I went to Disney World, and when I left the park, my car would not start with said key. I called this business back and asked if they could come out and fix the issue with the key they had just made the night before. I was told they were closed since it was close to 11:00 PM. Because I had no other option and needed to get home, I had to call another locksmith and pay an additional $300 for another replacement key. Unfortunately, they have not returned my calls and have not offered any type of concession or resolution, despite the fact that I paid over $300 for a key that failed the very next day.
