I haven't dealt with too many locksmiths before so when I called, I didn't know what to think. Shawn was quite helpful and willing to work with the schedule I had, even scheduling his guy for a few hours later that day and providing a few extra keys for me. Levi, my locksmith was a nice guy and I really enjoyed the experience. I had my locks switched the same day and overall had a great interaction with both Shawn and Levi. One tip guys, it's fine to ask for reviews but don't ask the customer to leave it right then and there. I understand it's how your business grows but you want the customer to not feel pressured and be as honest as possible. They'll leave a good review on their own if they had a good experience or vice versa. I'm leaving this review a month later and still think you guys are great. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. SHAUN ROCKS! We purchased a Schlage lock from Home Depot and needed it rekeyed. Home Depot does not rekey Schlage locks. After calling a couple companies that could not do it they reffered us to Shaun with SY King. We called him and he responded immediately and said he could meet up with us on his way to his next job. He met us and had a very professional set up. He had us all fixed up in a about ten minutes. He obviously knows what he is doing and is very well set up to handle everything. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have found Salomon. Getting out of Disney with 4 kids and our Chevy truck not starting getting a jump and still not starting was the worst part but then getting towed back to our hotel and finding Salomon on Yelp was where our story took a turn for the good. Shawn is outstanding!!! He is truly service oriented. Really great guy and extremely knowledgeable. He came over to the home very quickly. I showed him all the locks that I wanted rekeyed and off he went. He had those locks off in a very short amount of time and immediately started rekeying them. Shawn has a very impressive workstation in his vehicle, looks like he can do almost anything on site and very fast. His prices are pretty fantastic as well. WOW! In today's age of complexity... We were really pleased with this company and service. Shawn was the best. A skilled craftsman that know his trade. I called for an estimate, he responded within 1 hour. He was able to do 'same day install' however, I had custom locks and they required to be ordered. He had them in his hands and ready to install the next day meeting the appointment time ahead of schedule. We changed out 7 locks and had them all rekeyed and had extra keys made, He also installed a new electronic re-programmable lock. He did it all in about 2 hours! Wow talk about service. It's post Irma and my battery operated keypad for the front door died. Called around searching for an emergency locksmith and called into SY King Locksmith while searching on Yelp. Shawn quickly exited from the 408 to come to my rental. He even beat me as I was buying a new battery. In less than 1 minute he accessed my backdoor (which worried me as I need to change it) and Voila I'm in the home again. This place was a LIFESAVER on my last visit to Orlando. I lost the keys to my rental car and Levi came to the house I was staying at 11pm to make us a new one. Not only was Levi patient, understanding and generous, but even after several attempts when it still wasn't working and the rental place wasn't answering, he stuck with us and tried every possibility until it FINALLY WORKED!
