As we were landing back in Orlando late in the evening we thought it was going to be difficult finding someone after hours. On top of that, we were calling around a few companies and they weren't able to accomodate us since we have a European car (which seems to be more difficult to program). We came across this company and Salah was our man who saved us. Even though we had to wait about an hour for him to arrive (he was at another job), we were glad we didn't have to wait the next day for help. It took him about 2 hours and he seemed to know what he was doing quick smart. We were off in our car by 1am. He was also reasonable priced especially for coming out after hours.

I was told it would be $125 to redo the key, even though the failure happened within a few months I understand policies, but a key failing this quickly points to a programming or quality issue. No accountability or effort to stand behind the work. The owner replied publicly on google review stating they would inspect and potentially repair or replace the key at no charge if the issue was related to their work. However, when I contacted them directly, I was told I was "informed wrong" and that they would not look at the key for free. There was no empathy or effort to stand behind what was stated in their public response. It feels like the reply was posted to save face rather than actually resolve the issue.
