Very nice people but absolutely not reliable. Unfortunately I do not recommend using them for anything important.

I used to love this place when it first opened. The owner was really nice and I thought what a great alternative to having to go to the post office. Over the year or so things have diminished and I have been repeatedly been giving it another chance. A few incidents: -Miscalculation of postage and weeks later the packages being returned to me -Fed Ex forms not filled out correctly and me having to call Fed Ex to have them return the package to me so I can send correctly -Then not knowing how to use their photocopier to rescale a size (and when I point out that this is kind of what his business is and should learn, he just hands ME the manual to figure it out) -and the final straw: me asking for a customs form as I am sending something overseas. The woman filling in looks blankly at me (basically not knowing what this is) has me look over the forms and I tell her it is not there and I will just go elsewhere and she yells at me that she is just a barista on 2 hours of sleep. Sorry that you are on no sleep, but again I must point out that this is what your business does -- MAILING AND COPIES but EVERYONE who works here is incompetent. Like I said, I started out loving this place but after repeated issues I have decided to walk a few blocks north and go to another business which offers the same services, is friendly and I don't walk away wondering if the mail I sent will ever reach its destination. read more

This place only gets 2 stars because its closer to my apartment than the post office. Rates are marked up considerably, and they don't offer all of the USPS options, which results in you paying even more than necessary. Stock is scattered about the store, and some key items missing. Corner area which use to be some type of coffee bar is now vacant and crowded with storage items. If there was a UPS Store, or FedEx Kinkos anywhere near by this place wouldn't have a chance. Everything about this place is terrible. I rented a mailbox here because my apartment's mail system is insecure--they charged me significantly more than what is posted on the wall, saying, "sorry, we just changed the price." Then, the first time I went to pick up a package, they charged me $3 to pick it up--after I had already PAID to rent a mailbox there! You'd think that if you pay to rent a mailbox, you should be able to receive your mail there without being charged AGAIN. Also, when packages get delivered there, they hold them on some mysterious "truck" for 24 or so hours before you can actually get them. A massive inconvenience. They're also not always open when they say they're going to be open. This business is totally out to scam people. I recommend walking a few blocks further and using the regular post office to save your sanity. read more

Let me start by saying the place was clean... As far as the service... I won't return!!!! The service was minimal, it seem one of the workers was more interested in removing her nail acrylic then assisting me with their equipment. Very useful business with a helpful staff. I've been bringing my shipping there for months and have always had a pleasant interaction. Light years better than going to the post office! Don't listen to the negative reviews previously posted, just because some idiot doesn't know how to switch printer settings to B&W doesn't mean the employees are rude. Great place!!!! read more

Had a horrible experience here. Was just trying to print 1 sheet of paper and this place has no system in place for convenient printing. The staff was incompetent and rude (the man working when I went in was named Calvin). They have 2 options for printing- either pay $5 to email them a file or pay a minimum of $2 to use the computer to print out. This doesn't even cover the cost of the actual printing. I brought my file on a USB drive expecting that Calvin could just plug it into his computer at the register and print it out. Nope- not allowed, apparently. I explained that I'm just trying to print 1 page from a website- so how about I give him the URL, then he can pull it up on a web browser and print it out? Nope, again. We went back and forth for a while and I was so fed up I finally just decided to pay to use the computer. For some reason the PDF file on my USB wouldn't open on the computer and the Internet access was so slow that it took forever to pull up the web page. Everything could have been so much easier if this lousy business was not so preoccupied with making an additional $2 that it might actually put in a bit of effort to give its customers a good experience. All of this hassle for 1 page...I will never be back. If you ever need to print anything please save yourself the hassle and just get a library card or walk the extra 15 minutes to UPS. read more

I see a lot of negative comments here and beg to disagree with all of them. The people at this establishment are really outgoing and enthusiastic. I went in on a wednesday afternoon it wasn't to busy but there were other few people in there and everyone was attended to, no one was impatient. The two young ladies and young man were very helpful and funny. I'm not sure why anyone else had a bad experience. I was satisfied and still go back for computer/printing and shipping services. read more

its good to have a blacked owned business in the area, everyone is so nice and polite towards you and get you what you need without any problems. if they dont have a certain size box, because boxes do sell quick, they customize one for you..don't be swayed by certain opinions about this place( its just comments about not getting privileged).. i recommend it. read more
