The worker was short with us and did not want to help. When I went in later to pick up my prints, they could not locate my photos and gaslit me by saying I never ordered prints when I definitely did. They are rude to customers when they are incompetent. Also- incredibly overpriced and not at all worth it for the quality and time it takes to develop. You can get more bang for your buck nearby. I confirmed by phone that they offered passport photos for Europe and that no appointment was needed, just walk in during their open hours. I arrived later that day and was impressed at how quickly and professionally they processed my passport photos for Greece. I got 4 for $20 even, and they were cut to the exact size (you have to cut them yourself at CVS and are expensive at $17.99 for the really low quality you are getting), and they provided a mini manila envelope to store them. The little envelope fit perfectly in my wallet. I was really pleased, especially as I had had a prior subpar experience at CVS trying to get these photos. Additionally, Luster provides a plethora of other photo services, so good to keep them in mind for such things.

I went in to develop two film rolls from 2018, she said the photos would come out a bit faded, but I don't mind. I paid a total of $24 to develop both rolls and have them sent to my email. The WeTransfer links says I have a month until the links expire to save my photos. Below I added two of my developed photos.

I discovered them in a Gothamist article where people praised at how professional looking the photos were. If you're like me you will accept that your eyes look like Cash Patel's because you can't see without your glasses. The photographer took a couple of photos to choose from. I deferred to her judgement about which one was best. Paid cash since it's cash only. I opted for the digital photo since I was renewing my passport online. My photo was emailed the next day. I'm a very satisfied customer even though I have crazy eyes.

Have personally seen a big change in staff recently, and notice the quality and turn around time increase dramatically. Very obvious that their focus is on representing their "elite" customer base through their social media channels rather than providing a quality standard for all customers. Even if they are YOUR WEDDING photos. I left it a three star because although I received the short end of the stick in terms of customer care, I respect and admire the work presented by the other photographers from this lab. I recommend you start with one roll that you aren't too worried about and find out for yourself.
