Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.

After talking with Gene over the phone regarding the security of my home, he offered to come out to my home to show me some of the system features. We scheduled a date and time for a meeting, and he advised me that his son Jordan would be meeting with me. Jordan spent an hour going through the different options offered and what would be best suited for my home. Jordan put a package together and was extremely flexible with the pricing. I scheduled an installation date and time. The technician, Eric, was on time, professionally dressed and very polite. He quoted me approximately 2 hours for the installation, showed me how the installation process would proceed and completed the installation with minimal mess. He then walked me through the system and and all its features, along with setting me up online. I've had the alarm system for approximately 2 months now. I've had very little problems with the 2GIG system overall, however, the touchscreen has a couple of flaws. The flaws are very minor and can be worked through with either a re-calibration or just firm touching of the numbers. I've had no false alarms due to mis-connections with the sensors and my pet is free to roam the house with the alarm set due to the heat sensors in the motion detectors. Overall, this company has the best customer service and are very reasonably priced, compared to other security companies.

We've been waiting over six weeks to respond to our recent outreach to have them address these issues and update our technology to increase bandwith, but can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. Thankfully, we found a local company that is extremely responsive and actually knows what they are doing. I can't overstate how disappointed we are with Bravas and wished we had worked with a different company before spending so much money.
