Amazing experience here! I got an appointment with Cosme because of all the great things I have heard about him. I came in because I needed someone to fix an awfulll haircut I got from another stylist in the area the day before. Truly, it was a terrible haircut and I didn't know if it was salvageable. BUT COSME WORKED A MIRACLE. He evened out the choppy layers and made my hair more symmetrical. I am definitely going to continue coming to Cosme for all my haircuts and referring people to him like crazy! read more

My daughter came in town from college and needed a haircut. I was a little nervous because they did not have any yelp reviews or pictures. But, we decided to give them a try anyway. The hair studio was nice & clean. And the staff was friendly. But most important Aundrea D. did a great job on my daughters haircut! It looks so healthy. Now I'm considering a new hairstyle. Thanks Aundrea! read more

This is my second experience with Images and I can say it was fantastic. I met Blanca on " I needed a quick hair cut before I go out of town" stop and she gave me a beautiful cut. I recently died my hair with a home kit and was so unhappy with how it came out. I had Blanca's card from my recent visit and she offered a great and personal experience with the color and outcome I was looking to achieve. She studied some of the examples I provided over and over and literally turned my hair in to her work of art!! I'm so happy with the outcome and couldn't thank her enough read more

I have been going to the stylists at Images for 25 years. It's so nice to be greeted by name and get a hug when all you need is a haircut!! Dev and Cos are warm and welcoming... it's more than a haircut ... it's visiting old friends. Happy 40th Devon!! You look 30!! read more

Not great... Devon did my highlights and they came out really streaky and uneven. I've had highlights for 18 years and I've never had someone put in foils horizontally. There's a decent amount of root too so it already looks like they need to be redone. The color is a bit yellow too. read more

Don't let Caroline cut touch your hair. She cut my hair too short and burned my hair and scalp with blow dryer. When I told her it was too hot she said there was nothing she could do about it. I have spent years Trying to repair and grow my hair and she ruined it! read more

Cosmé was a really good worker and washed my hair cut my layers really good and blow dried. I recommend this place. it's a cheap price too! read more

Have been coming here for 3 years and have always had a great cut & color. Finding someone to color my hair the way I like it is always a challenge for me due to the way my hair up takes color. Devon nailed it from the beginning! read more

This is my 3rd time going to Cheryl at Images This last visit she did a horrible color and cut. My hair turned out very ashy not even covering my grey and she did a razor cut on most of my hair. I have extremely thin hair which is even thinner now. I will never be going back. There prices are extremely high for the quality of work they do. read more

My daughter had her hair colored by Andrea. She did a wonderful job! She took the time to listen to what my daughter was wanting and showed her the color her hair would be. She lightened her hair and added blue highlights. It's very pretty! read more

I had a wonderful experience here! Caroline was awesome- she gave me a cut, did my one streak of color exactly how I wanted it, and blew my hair out. She was so friendly and interesting to talk to and I absolutely love my hair. The best part was that she did everything in an hour and a half and the price was very reasonable. Thank you! read more

Booked my appointment through Yelp with Andrea and she was amazing. They were very friendly staff for going in for a haircut at 9am on a Saturday. The haircut was phenomenal and will definitely go back. The establishment is small , very clean and trendy. The host at the front doesn't communicate well with the hair stylists so make sure you are able to find her when your next because then you will be sitting around for hours for the hair stylist to get you. read more

Hours are great. Prices are outstanding! I hesitated booking a Cypress salon because the hair style I was looking for is very modern and I was afraid they would not be able to give me what I wanted. I was wrong! Bobby is a great stylist and colorist and I got exactly what I was wanting. I brought the image of what I wanted and Bobby did exactly what I asked for. I had been talked out of the cut by another salon so I was afraid of having the same issue. Not so! Bobby is very professional and an outstanding stylist! Bobby is fantastic and I have been back twice. read more

I had seen several ads in our local neighborhood flyer and decided to give them a try. First I called and ask for a stylist that enjoyed working with short wavy hair . The receptionist recommended Caroline. When I got there both stylist were busy assisting customers and no one greeted me. Honestly , that did give me a bad first impression . About 10 minutes passed my appointment time, Caroline came and greeted me. She took me to her station and asked me how I wanted to get my hair cut and styled. I can tell she has experience and I felt she knew how to style my hair. The cut and style came out beautiful. I must stay , the ending price is about 10.00 more than I have been paying. Overall I am satisfied with how she cut and styled my hair. She seems to be the busiest hairdresser there because as soon as she finished with me she had another client. read more

I did not have a pleasant experience. Carolina, did not want to hear me as a customer on what I wanted with my hairstyle. She came off in a very dismissive and aggressive manner. When I tried to explain the cut I wanted she interrupted me to let me know she's been a hair stylist for 25 years. I asked for collar bone level and throughout the process I was told by friends that it was nice, but I couldn't hide my face. It's way shorter than I had asked for. it's mid neck.. and when she noticed my face.. she said well this is what you wanted.. I tried to put a brave face on, but its been weeks now and i'm still grappling with the 12 inches I got cut off. my my overall experience of not being able to voice what I wanted and getting the cut a lot shorter haunted me. The video I was trying to show looks nothing like this. read more

I love images hair salon! Cosme has been cutting my hair for over 20 years now. I've never left there and not LOVED my hair. I have very fine, VERY straight hair, and so it's challenging to have something that looks like it has a style. Cosme is wonderful about looking at the pictures that I bring in and knowing the best way to get the look for my hair type. Over the years, Cosme has helped me change up my hairstyle, and kept me looking great! :) I always look forward to getting my haircut, because I know it's going to look beautiful! read more

I have been going to this salon for over 4 years. It was recommended by a good friend and I always liked the way her hair looked. Cheryl had been her stylist for over 20 years. Cheryl has always done a beautiful job on my hair. She spends time at the beginning of each appointment to ask how the cut and color has worked for me for the past month. She gives wonderful suggestions which I usually go with and have NEVER been disappointed! I have since recommended several friends to this salon (and specifically Cheryl). Everyone in the salon is friendly and very customer-serviced oriented. Excellent services! read more

Cosme is an excellent hair stylist. He listens and is always concerned with giving me exactly the hair cut I request.

I want to start out by saying that I have been to this salon several times over the last year and up until now really loved it. I have booked both online and by phone in the past (always with Aundrea) and have always walked away happy with my hair. This month however, they lost my business. Aundrea is no longer at the salon, so I booked an appointment online with another stylist who shall remain nameless. I booked a Saturday appointment online (on a Weds), but realized on Thursday that I could not make it that weekend. So I called the salon, spoke with Cosme, and rescheduled for the next week on Tuesday. No big deal, right? At 4:00 pm on Tuesday (the day of my appointment), the receptionist called me and asked how long my hair is, and verified that I "only wanted a cut". I found this odd, but didn't think too much of it. I told her that yes I only wanted a cut (I normally get a highlight as well, so i assumed this is what she was asking). When I arrived for my 6:00 pm appointment, the stylist was clearly not happy with me. She sat me in her chair and asked if I wanted a shampoo or a dry cut. I didn't even know a dry cut was an option (every time I've booked a regular haircut the stylist brings me back to the sink without asking so I thought it was part of the service), so I told her that yes I wanted a shampoo. Once I had my head in the sink and was all lathered up, she got very rude. She snapped at me about needing to schedule a blow dry appointment because really she didn't have the time for this. I was very thrown off but apologized, telling her that I thought it was included, and she cut me off and kept insisting that I messed up. Then she asked if I booked online, so I told her that I had originally booked online but then had to call and change my appointment. She then told me that she was double booked and that two of us were there for the same appointment slot. I didn't really know what to say, so I apologized, but she continued to be very rude. At this point I very seriously considered just getting up and leaving, shampoo-head and all, but I had left work early for this appointment I really didn't have the option to reschedule. My ends were fried and I desperately needed a cut. Once the shampoo was finally over, she started demanding to know who I spoke with earlier when I called to reschedule. I informed her that I had called 5 days prior and spoke with Cosme, and suddenly her tone changed and she seemed to realize that I was not an evil demon who ruined her life. I think that this situation was handled horribly. The receptionist could have told me what was going on during the 4:00 pm phone call, or the stylist could have told me before the shampoo. Or she could have just dealt with it and acted like a professional. Scolding a customer for something that was not at all my fault was absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to Images. Its too bad, this was the first salon I've ever actually liked and it is so close to my house I probably would continued to go here for years to come. Just to recap: I booked an appointment. I called to reschedule the appointment 5 days in advance. I showed up on time to said appointment. I was treated like crap for showing up to my scheduled appointment. read more

I have naturally curly hair and tend to be very nervous about who touches my hair. I walked into the salon to ask questions regarding their services and if they have experience with curly hair. The owner assured me they do. Despite my hesitation, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, I said I wanted to keep my length; just a trim with some added layers. By the time I left there, half of my hair was cut off. Needless to say, I was in tears that my once beautiful long curly hair was ruined! I did call the salon to complain about my disappointment to which I was told one of the owners would call me back. read more
