My eyeglasses were purchased less than 2 years ago. I was asked by the salesperson how often I wore my eyeglasses outdoors and today, I was told same by (I believe) the owner/manager. I did purchase a set of new glasses and the lenses alone are close to $1,000, same what I had paid for my earlier set. I am over 65 years old and have been wearing eyeglasses since my childhood. This was the first time I was asked if I wore my glasses everyday and outdoors! For a long term client, pearl vision should have been more accommodative since I believe the lenses were defective. At least they should have offered a discount for the second pair which I wanted to purchase today which they declined. Customer satisfaction should not be taken for granted. Takes years to build and less than two interactions to lose a client.

She felt so comfortable with Wayne and his staff, she can't wait for her next exam! They're always professional and courtesy. The eye exams are very thorough and never rushed. Wayne always makes sure our vision needs are fully met and answers any questions we may have, even if they're days later. I got an eye exam and pupils dilated and the doctor gave me a sample pair of contact lenses and I couldn't see for hours- I felt it was so weird hours later I couldn't see and I took out the contacts and she gave me the completely wrong prescription. There's no phone number to call the store so I had to go all the way back and the store confirmed she gave me the wrong prescription. It's weird they have no phone number and couldn't even call the other store to see if they had stock. I would not go back. Customer service was very poor.

I have been a patient for many years, always just getting eye exams and eyeglass prescriptions. The…read moreservice has been good for just that. To see the doctor is a four month wait... So when I ran into a problem the first time with pink eye I was told to send in pictures and explain my problem and I never heard back from the doctor. I let that go but my next eye problem was more serious as I was getting checked for temporal arteritis and my doctor was alarmed and told me I needed to get my eye checked as soon as possible. My next appointed was 3 months away and I called to see if the doctor would see me sooner. Well, I was told I could see another doctor in approximately 4 weeks, but they would talk to Dr Eichen to see if she could see me sooner. I got a call back and they said to stick with my appointment with the other doctor 4 weeks away. Wow! I researched another eye doctor not affiliated with Dr. Eichen's office, and they took me the next day. I will not return to this office again as they were no help when I needed them the most. A great disappointment!!!

Entitled and unprofessional with an attitude for days. It is flat out shocking that such a nice Dr. can hire help that so poorly represents their place of business. The only shining star within the staff is Lorraine, who has been there a long time and understands the value of a kind word and professionalism.
