He found out why I might be having a problem with an implant I had put in my eye as it was not put in correctly. Literally the worst 1.5 hour experience ever- from the receptionist, to the ophthalmic techs, medical assistant and even the doctor, none of them were friendly- nobody smiles, they did their job and that was it. Also, I specifically told the tech (Curtis Walker) the reason for my daughter's visit but he stated that he had to put in a "patient complaint" so he noted, she is in for evaluation of tired eyes and experiencing dryness & blurriness in her vision from extreme screen use, which is all false but it's fine. This was the fourth ophthalmologist she's ever seen...Definitely DO NOT recommend OCLI for children- we're not coming back next yr.

The whole team is so friendly, helpful, caring, welcoming and incredibly kindhearted. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. She gave me a different prescription that was MUCH crisper-- with my new lenses, I can make out the notes on my piano sheet standing on the far side of my living room. They also have a nice selection of frames-- I was able to get a high-quality pair sourced from an independent Spanish brand, and Michael was very helpful in finding the one that was the best fit for me. I received my frames one week after my initial visit.
