The under side of the trailer was already rusted. When I got under the trailer to install the stabilizer jacks, it is very obvious the frame was painted from the top side only. Large paint runs hanging from the vertical wall of the frame and no coating on the bottom side of the frame. The steel frame around the ramp also has rust at several locations.

It has to be in person only. Get there to pay, advise them that I have another company coming to tow it to my home town. They said well that's gonna cost you an additional $150. I said for what?!?
