The team at Morton Towing is second to none in their responsiveness and excellent customer service!…read moreMy partner was ill and driving to a doctor's appointment earlier this week, when a tire blew out on my car near Morton. Because there were -22 degree wind chills that morning he was unable to change the tire himself. I called Morton Towing and within minutes Tyler Johnston arrived and assisted my partner in getting into the tow truck for warmth and then towed him to a garage in Morton for service (the tire and spare were both not usable). From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes for him to be back on the road. I cannot stress enough how helpful, courteous, kind, and efficient the staff at Morton Towing was throughout this entire situation. I will always call on them in the future if I need towing and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone requiring their services - absolutely A++!

I initially met Mike and he did a thorough exam of my car along with photos. He worked up the estimate (6,200$) and said it would take about 21 days. I couldn't get it in for a couple weeks. I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. They are first rate!!

Illinois Central came. Josh was very helpful, checked to see if the problem could be fixed right there; it could not. He showed me where the mice had caused the problem. He took my vehicle to the dealership I always use. He suggested I look into my insurance policy to see if road-side assistance and towing was covered. I paid him what he quoted (I suggest people carry a blank check or two with them) and he left thanking me, giving me his business card, and wishing me luck for a better day. I recommend Illinois Central Towing (308-226-5000).

Was a very bad experience.. the person that came out was either inexperienced didn't give a darn or combination of the both. He took some tool that looked like a hanger with a hook, and he kept jabbing it between my drivers door trying to unlock my car to get the keys. He scratched, pushed, pulled in such a way that I asked him to stop. I could hear him scratching my car. I asked him to stop the service call and I advised AllState of the unsatisfactory services as well as what I believed to be damages. it was pouring rain. I wanted in my car, but I didn't want to have the damages that I felt. I was incurring the way Holts Representative was miss using the tool. AllState sent me out another lockout service provider. The contrast in the two companies is like night and day. they got in my car within a matter of minutes and the guy showed me all the scratches that the other guy put on my car as I had anticipated. in the claims process, AllState was as bad as Holts. little to no investigation and just took Holts's word that they did not do any damages. Why in the world with a senior lady in the pouring down rain? Tell the guy servicing her car to gain entry to stop if he was not damaging the car.? The other provider was premier towing. I could not sing their praises loud enough.. conclusion if you see Holts coming around the corner run! Still in the process of trying to hold them accountable. Unfortunately, they are not being forthright and accepting the damages that that were incurred by their representative.
