Because there were -22 degree wind chills that morning he was unable to change the tire himself. I called Morton Towing and within minutes Tyler Johnston arrived and assisted my partner in getting into the tow truck for warmth and then towed him to a garage in Morton for service (the tire and spare were both not usable). From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes for him to be back on the road. They claim they can't tow it because it's a commercial vehicle (it's not, it's my girlfriend's truck for personal use only), and is not used for business at all. My problem with Joe's is that they did not tow the vehicle and then falsely claimed that they tried to call me when I had my phone the entire time and received no calls at all.
