If there was a zero, I would've chosen it. I am quite disappointed with this times service, we scheduled delivery for Friday then they last minute it was changed to Thursday. We scheduled task rabbit Monday to assemble the dresser and file cabinet, then IKEA last minute changed to Sunday then this morning the assembly was cancelled entirely one hour before scheduled time. I had to pay double for someone to assemble them today because they failed to show up. During this whole process I did not receive any email from ikea from the start even when I paid for the items. No one reached out to me and they just rescheduled it on their own. They didn't even communicate with me and just canceled the assembly service on the day of an hour before. Then after they didn't reach out to me on how I could get a refund. I had to live chat and it will take 7-14 business days to get my refund. Ikeas customer services have gone down hill. They didn't show up when I changed my schedule to fit their schedule and fell short on their promises. And the live chat couldn't even find my order #. read more

So I did and that was over a month ago and I still haven't received my refund when the cancellation email clearly states the refund should be returned within 5-7 business days... it's been almost triple that and I've received no further emails or updates. I'm not sure if they think people will forget and just keep the money but this is crazy. They take the payment out immediately but refunds take over a month ? That makes no sense to me. When I tell people that I love the food at the IKEA Food Court, I'm usually met with weird looks. But honestly, after a long day of furniture shopping, the food hits the spot. It's comforting and economical. Location: Food court is on the second floor, near the children's furniture section. To quickly get there from the entrance, simply go up the escalator immediately after the main entrance. Next, make a left. Food: You order cafeteria style. There isn't a huge variety of menu items, but they're known for their Swedish meatballs. * Swedish Meatballs with Lingonberry Jam ($7.99 for 8 meatballs): the sides are usually broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. The day I went, they didn't have broccoli, so I opted for double mashed potatoes. Sure enough, this was very filling. Number of meatballs come in 8, 12, and 16. For those who don't eat meat, they also have veggie balls and plant balls! * Feta Tomato Soup ($2.49): tasty side of tomato soup. The IKEA restaurant is open now, after being closed for a while due to COVID. This is the first time we've been back since it closed and it was okay overall, not great, not bad. If you are coming after 12 on a weekend, you best be prepared to wait in line for at least 20-30 minutes, possibly longer. At 1230, there was nearly 50 people in line, which extended all the way into the kids dept. this would not have been as big an issue if both food lines were open but possibly due to staff shortage, they had only one line running. The food tastes the same as before, but some items, especially the meatballs, have increased in price and it was not yet reflected on the menu board up top, so you needed to look at these small papers hung up near the cashier for those price updates. They were also sold out of popular items, including French fries, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, etc. The fountain drinks and soup were also not available. I wish there was more food items to choose from than just meatballs and chicken strips. Probably not worth it to wait for 30+ minutes for meatballs which you make at home (they sell the frozen bags downstairs), but if you are there off peak hours, it's not a bad stop for the whole family. read more

Definitely bring hand sanitizer or hand wipes considering many people touch items as they too are shopping inside. Practice distancing and wear a mask if you prefer to do so. The environmentally friendly wooden utensils only serve to amplify the cold deadness ringing thru into you palette. The Swedish gravy was also a different mix as there was neither seasoning nor flavor in it. I added several shakes of the pepper into it to even get a tiny bit of tang. I got a tea..that was only because the water was boiling. *Apparently, the servers had no idea the food in the tray was cold. (Isn't your job to make sure the food is hot and kept at a safe temperature, to minimize the chance of a food contamination or food poisoning?) **After bringing the cold food to the attention of the "Cook" we were told they could remake the plate. Utensils, condiments, and drink fountain is available after paying. Swedish meatballs are amazing, meaty with creamy gravy and tangy lingonberry sauce. Kids meal is worth it because they give you the same portion of mashed potatoes as the regular portion, meat ball and broccolli are half portion. Mac and cheese was not bad, good cheesy flavor and not overly salty. The chocolate cake was the star of the meal, for an european dessert it wasn't overly sweet, very rich in chocolate flavor with good cake to frosting ratio.
