They've added some shade in the parking lot, pretty cool solar panel structure putting some well needed shade on the lot. Also there are EV connections for electric vehicles. I wish I could give this -5 stars and let everyone know not to ever order online from IKEA. Even if something you want is out of stock in store.... Just wait for it to back in stock in store because what you have to deal with when ordering online is absolutely ridiculous. Not only do they send scary and unprofessional third party delivery drivers who barley speak English, They are lazy and tried telling me (a 9 month pregnant woman) that I ordered curbside delivery(which isn't a thing) when I definitely ordered it for them to bring it to the door of my apartment. They were so lazy and unprofessional, They didn't want to move the furniture to my doorstep so they called dispatch to reschedule my delivery even though I was standing right in front of them and talking with them face to face telling them I could show them to my apartment, They took my furniture and drove away with it while I was standing there.... Not only were their delivery drivers trying to make a pregnant woman move furniture on my own, When I called customer service they said they couldn't do anything about it and would I like to cancel my order.... So I did and that was over a month ago and I still haven't received my refund when the cancellation email clearly states the refund should be returned within 5-7 business days... it's been almost triple that and I've received no further emails or updates. I'm not sure if they think people will forget and just keep the money but this is crazy. They take the payment out immediately but refunds take over a month ? That makes no sense to me. I've called customer service 3 times now and everytime I'm not only told something different, They tried telling me they informed me it would take longer on previous phone calls and that is not true at all. I am definitely one of those people who swear by Ikea food. Convenient, affordable, and tasty, it's a must to make a pit-stop at the cafeteria during your visit! I have to say that not all Ikea cafeterias are created equal. This location consistently has gorgeous decor, ample seating, and huge windows that provide amazing natural lighting. Food was very mediocre. We went on a Friday so the food was half off. The amount of food you get is really good for the price but it doesn't taste that great and I wouldn't come here again. Swedish meats were just decent. There wasn't anything special about it and the gravy it came with was not that flavorful. It also came with the Lingonberry jam but I thought it didn't go well with the dish and was too sweet. The chicken tenders and fries were also okay. Chicken was crispy but the outside batter was floppy and thin. However, service was good and the line moves fast. Okay. For what you should expect from pre-cooked meals, it's pretty good and consistent no matter what Ikea you visit. But they were out of Swedish meatballs more than an hour before the restaurant closes, 2 hours before the store. Swedish meatballs?! It's Ikea; they can t be out. But we settled for the salmon and actually were very happy with it. Comes with peas and some broccoli potato patty. And the desserts...always worth the calories. The fountain drink machine and coffee were out at this location. Probably should get 3 stars for that but it is a temporary issue. The staff is very friendly and apologetic. The IKEA restaurant is open now, after being closed for a while due to COVID. This is the first time we've been back since it closed and it was okay overall, not great, not bad. If you are coming after 12 on a weekend, you best be prepared to wait in line for at least 20-30 minutes, possibly longer. At 1230, there was nearly 50 people in line, which extended all the way into the kids dept. this would not have been as big an issue if both food lines were open but possibly due to staff shortage, they had only one line running. The food tastes the same as before, but some items, especially the meatballs, have increased in price and it was not yet reflected on the menu board up top, so you needed to look at these small papers hung up near the cashier for those price updates. They were also sold out of popular items, including French fries, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, etc. The fountain drinks and soup were also not available. I wish there was more food items to choose from than just meatballs and chicken strips. Probably not worth it to wait for 30+ minutes for meatballs which you make at home (they sell the frozen bags downstairs), but if you are there off peak hours, it's not a bad stop for the whole family. read more

There isn't a huge variety of menu items, but they're known for their Swedish meatballs. * Swedish Meatballs with Lingonberry Jam ($7.99 for 8 meatballs): the sides are usually broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. The day I went, they didn't have broccoli, so I opted for double mashed potatoes. Sure enough, this was very filling. Number of meatballs come in 8, 12, and 16. For those who don't eat meat, they also have veggie balls and plant balls! * Feta Tomato Soup ($2.49): tasty side of tomato soup. If there was a zero, I would've chosen it. I am quite disappointed with this times service, we scheduled delivery for Friday then they last minute it was changed to Thursday. We scheduled task rabbit Monday to assemble the dresser and file cabinet, then IKEA last minute changed to Sunday then this morning the assembly was cancelled entirely one hour before scheduled time. I had to pay double for someone to assemble them today because they failed to show up. During this whole process I did not receive any email from ikea from the start even when I paid for the items. No one reached out to me and they just rescheduled it on their own. They didn't even communicate with me and just canceled the assembly service on the day of an hour before. Then after they didn't reach out to me on how I could get a refund. I had to live chat and it will take 7-14 business days to get my refund. Ikeas customer services have gone down hill. They didn't show up when I changed my schedule to fit their schedule and fell short on their promises. And the live chat couldn't even find my order #. read more

Nothing beats a walk through, through IKEA. I tend to arrive here early once they open to avoid the crowds. The set up is nice and clean. The walk through is easy and the items are of course simple to find. If you are on the lookout for meatballs for lunch, lunch starts at 11am. Breakfast is served prior to that. Definitely bring hand sanitizer or hand wipes considering many people touch items as they too are shopping inside. Practice distancing and wear a mask if you prefer to do so. I had better before so I put this more on the average side. The Lingonberry sauce that they have is actually pleasant. Love that IKEA offers relatively nutritious food on the cheap. If you stop by to grab a bite at the end of the day, you can tell the food has been sitting around all day (esp. the fries), but that's to be expected, I guess. I've tried the $2 (or $3) breakfast here and it was okay. I really wasn't a fan of how the Swedish pancakes had a wet texture. Maybe I'm too used to dry American pancakes. The environmentally friendly wooden utensils only serve to amplify the cold deadness ringing thru into you palette. I got a tea..that was only because the water was boiling. *Apparently, the servers had no idea the food in the tray was cold. (Isn't your job to make sure the food is hot and kept at a safe temperature, to minimize the chance of a food contamination or food poisoning?) **After bringing the cold food to the attention of the "Cook" we were told they could remake the plate. (Until they realized it was multiple plates) The cook begrudgingly agreed to make new hot food as our remained untouched, I'm sorry I did not pay $30 for cold food. In the end the matter was somewhat resolved, however, having to get the idea across to food staff that cold food and poor preparation and maintenance of such food while seemingly small, can be quite big....you ever had food poisoning on a 4 hour drive home?
