Bottom line. Really good food at reasonable price. My hubby and drove up to Denver to visit family and go shopping. We love IKEA and this is the closest one to us. The restaurant is awesome. It's clean and the food is fresh. We got too much food because we wanted to try different things. I got the meatball plate and he got the fish ball plate. Both were fresh and delicious. We got a side of plantains and shrimp salad as-well. Both were great. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the trip. read more

This IKEA is huge with a nice parking garage. Easy parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is there weren't any carts on the second floor like we were told when we walked in. We took the escalator to the second floor and then had to go back down to the first floor to get a cart and then take the elevator back up to the second floor. Not very convenient. read more

We used to love eating here. Now I can't get over how disgusting the place is. How many years of grime are on all the surfaces? Unacceptable. The food is fine but the price has gone up. Seriously love coming here especially after doing some shopping in store this is the perfect middle point. Love the cafeteria lunch line feel. The Swedish meatballs are always good and the desserts have never disappointed. The veggies for the side though are hit or miss. The kiddos the chicken tenders are always a win. You know, sometimes you get hungry when you're shopping and it just so happens that an IKEA Cafeteria is close by. It's great when you need a quick and relatively affordable meal that's somewhat different from a typical fast food restaurant. In my opinion, if you're here, you have to try the Swedish meatballs. I'm not a big peas fan so i switch out with fries. The drinks are some of my favorites. I love trying a sample of everything. The ikea cola was so good. My son and I came on a Friday. After finding what we had on our list (and a few things more). It was time for some sustenance. We both got the eight meatball meal. I have an allergy to peas. Their side vegetables all contained peas so the person helping me suggested subbing in their macaroni and cheese. The meals came with mashed potatoes, Swedish gravy on the meatballs and lingonberries. My son got the peas as his veg side. We both got glasses for soft drinks. They have a nice variety including still lingonberry juice. That was delicious. We both enjoyed our meals. I wish there had been a veg I could have had. The macaroni and cheese was ok, but bland. The meatballs, gravy and mashed potatoes were all hot and tasty. The lingonberries are such a nice sweet/tart compliment to the rest of the meal. Overall enjoyable. read more

This cafe has loads of seating , I have never eaten at an Ikea restaurant before. I was a bit confused on how the ordering went as it's set up like a cafeteria. It reminded me of when I used to order my meals when I worked for the Walt Disney company. The cafeteria here at Ikea reminded me of that one , looked out of the 1950's. There were trays and even carts to place several trays on. On one side of the cafeteria there were loads of cakes and desserts in an enclosed display case . There were also salads and wraps in another. They had menu boards to order meals from and hot display case to customize your food. I needed help getting my order to go. I just wanted meatballs and a piece of garlic toast. The line servers were very nice and helpful. I took my food and paid at the checkout register of the restaurant. If I ever have to come back I may try other things but this was not a set up for me. read more

We came here on a weekend morning to do some shopping and since we were here decided to grab some breakfast as well. The food was rather plain and tasteless, there was really no options to choose from, kind of reminded me of a high school cafeteria. You eat what they give you and be happy about it. Once a month, IKEA offers bingo night! We went for the Valentine's Day bingo night which was way more packed than I thought it would be. They offer BOGO coupons for all attendees of bingo night, so an already affordable meal gets even more affordable. Swedish meatballs are my go to. They're perfectly bouncy and the gravy and lingonberry jam pair perfectly. The cafeteria style ambiance is super nostalgic and takes me back to my elementary school cafeteria days, albeit with better food. read more

I wasn't especially impressed with the restaurant. It was incredible average with very few choices. It's pretty much a cafeteria as opposed to a restaurant. It's neither exceptional nor bad. The tomato soup was really good as was the strawberry shortcake. The rest was just "ok" and edible but nothing to write home about. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the area itself was very clean and organized. It looks like the breakfast is more interesting, with a wider selection of foods. I doubt I'd eat here again unless I was really hungry. The snack shop near the exit has pizza and exceptional yogurt cones that were much, much better. read more

I haven't been to IKEA literally since it opened forever ago, however we decided to give the cafeteria a try. I ordered the Swedish meatballs plate. Personally it was very underrated, the side portions were almost laughable small and they serve their variety of soft drink which is quite interesting. It wouldn't be so bad but there prices have gone up so it doesn't make it worth it anymore to eat here. IKEA, bigger portions so people don't have to go back through and buy more stuff just to get filled!! SMH..... read more

This restaurant used to be better. However the prices make up for some of the lower quality food. I always come here and eat pastries and meatballs. The meatballs used to be much tastier, not are what happened there (change of recipe?). The coffe here is decent and today I found out that they have started selling skagen sandwiches. These are so good- not sure if they are only tasting good to Swedes or if people that didn't grow up with it likes it too. However it is a nice shrimp salad croissant that brings some nostalgia for me. And also found out today that they are not serving lingonberry, pear or any other sparkling drink in the resetaurant anymore. No customer service. Self service food counter. I had the hit dog. It was fine. My husband had a pretzel. It was okay but ice cold. All employees are wandering the store and not friendly. Groups of employees standing around talking to each other. We had to interrupt one group to ask a question about the cabinets. They both made us seem like we were bothering them. The prices on everything was outrageously high. A small night table that was unfinished was $90. What?? And it was small. Really small. Probably won't be going back. read more

We always come here to eat when we are at IKEA. Today there was a waiting list that I had to sign up for on my phone. I was told there would be a 40 minute wait and I would be texted. I did not receive a text, went back about 60 minutes later and they said we would have to sign in again and wait. Needless to say, we left. Very disappointed. read more
