Horrible service. Just had me standing there like I'm invisible. Forever lost my business.

In short: -alright food used to be better -good service and staff -good price on the same level with the competition -expect wait times to be around 10min -bakery bread is good and cheap (get it in the morning when it's freshly baked don't get frozen one) I've been a customer here since 2021 and their shawarmas and bread were always AMAZING and I'd be there almost every week and they eventually implemented some changes as you'd expect from a great business but these weren't good changes in my opinion they made the portions smaller as well as removed a free water bottle but kept the same price so you got less food and no water but ended up paying the same price anyways. Later this year I went there a few weeks back and got 2 plates of chicken shawarma and the meat was burnt and dry the rice was on the colder side and the plates are TINY! I still enjoyed the nostalgic feeling of eating their food like I did during high school and it brings back good memories and I really love this business and hope them the best but I wish they do better in the future down the road. read more

I ordered food delivery and they never delivered and wouldnt even answer the phone. Order just kept saying in the works and they didnt even notify just closed for the day. read more

The food is amazing clean and fresh, I didn't care much for the sauce they put on the rice and Kababs, so next time I will ask to pass on the sauce. The only issue is that space is very limited and the wait time could be long if you get it in at lunch. If you're in a rush I suggest you call in your order so they could have it ready. Also keep in mind that this place is a grocery store and part of it sectioned for a restaurant. Will be back again to try their fresh backed bread. Mmmmm read more

Was hungry at the UPS store nearby, smelled the WONDERFUL aroma from this place. Had a gyro (no tomatoes) with a seriously wonderful cucumber and yoghurt relish that was the best ever. Yum. It was full of obviously local people, very middle eastern, a little puzzled why an impossibly white northern European guy was there, but they helped me navigate the odd ordering and checkout arrangement with friendly smiles. But even better - there were several loaves of a fresh, flat-ish bread wrapped up and ready to go. $4 for two loaves. Picked one up for our seminar group. The first loaf disappeared RIGHT away, the second was savored later with wine and cheese. Next time - there was a very odd-looking but deLICious smelling brown loaf that I was told was a nice sweet bread variety. Will try that one next time I'm in town. Really good kabobs ( best in town) and gyros My personal favorite is "sultani" As of couple of weeks ago they now have small seating capacity (5tables, 4 chairs each) Every time I have come here I have noticed a long line to the fast food place in the same strip mall. They make fresh Tuftoon style bread in a real tannoor. Their Tuftoon is the real thing, loved it freshly baked and hot (only bake during late mornings-noon). Was not impressed by their Koobideh or the chicken kabob, not bad but nothing to write home about. The rice served is Afghan style not Persian. read more

If you're looking for fine Afghan or Persian cuisine and bread, don't look any further. I have always nothing but great experiences at Madinah. The owners are friendly and polite while the breads are absolutely delightful. The thinner kind has great texture and taste and is excellent with meats, vegetables or dips. The thicker bread is also fabulous which to me is best for breakfast with any jam, fruit spread or cheese. I have had middle eastern breads of this quality only in Southern California. As for the food items, the koobideh kabob is spiced just right and cooked to perfection while the chicken kabob is flavorful, aromatic and simply delicious. read more

Only bumping up the rating due the gyros tasting pretty good. The soda machine has pink/green mold in the catch. Doesn't look like the spouts have been cleaned in while. The rest of the kitchen looked decent so I did eat. I would never eat in as it looks like they don't own a vacuum or a mop; this is true for the grocery side also. Heaven forbid you want to use a coupon as they claim they didn't ask Entertainment to print a coupon for them. Weird, the address, name, and number matches. The bathrooms at truck stops are cleaner. read more

This was our first trip to Madinah. We called early as we were in transit, we ordered three packages. When we arrived, the packages were ready and although my deciphering foreign languages leave a lot to be desired there was another customer who was very willing to help me understand.. When we arrived home, we each had a piece of the bread and were ecstatic over the taste. read more

These people make you feel like you left the United States and landed in a 3rd world country. They have no idea about customer service! Every time you go there, they make it look like they are doing you a favor. My last experience was the last time I went there. I don't even want to talk about this experience in detail.
