I unfortunately didn't consult any reviews before going here. It was nearby and was open later on…read moreSaturday than the other area kitchen stores. In June we went in and picked out cabinets. The pricing seemed good, we got to choose every last detail and we selected stuff we really liked. They warned us about the long wait for the cabinets we'd selected. It's COVID, everything is taking forever, we understood that we wouldn't get our cabinets for four months. Before we went to the store we talked to our contractor for tips and he mentioned being sure to ask about toe kicks (the little piece of trim that goes next to the floor) because sometimes they don't include it. They assured me that all the needed trim/finishing pieces would be included (spoiler alert: they weren't). After a month or so I called to check in for the anticipated delivery date and it was supposed to be October 13-19th. October 13th rolled around and I didn't hear anything, so I called on the 14th or 15th to see if they were still on track and they said they were. I didn't hear anything and finally on the 22nd I called and asked what was going on. They said that the cabinets were going to be delivered between the 25th-29th. Despite talking to them two or three times during the anticipated delivery window and being assured everything was on time, nobody told me about the delay until after the window had passed and I called and asked. Then, when the cabinets arrived in the store, I learned that the glass is installed by another outside entity, so the cabinets that had panes of glass in the doors would need to have the doors removed and sent out for the glass installation which would take a week or two. So, when the cabinets came to my house on October 27th I got my intact floor cabinets (minus the toe kicks) and my hanging cabinets (minus the doors). As I waited for them to unload the countertop I learned that they damaged the countertop loading it into the truck so I'd have to pick out a new countertop. Two weeks after the delivery I called to check on the doors to see if they were ready since my contractor was coming today to install the cabinets. They said that the cabinet doors had come back from the installer with the glass, but had gotten scratched up in the process so were being touched up. Again, no update until I called and asked about the holdup. I appreciate that they aren't trying to pass off damaged items to me, but at the same time, something seems to get damaged at every step of the process, leading to more delays. I picked out a new countertop, and to be sure they didn't damage this one, they had the countertop company deliver/install themselves. When the installers showed up they asked who'd measured the space for the counter, and I said nobody - Kitchen and Bath simply sent them the dimensions. They said that's not how it should be done, they should always measure, because the walls it butts up against are not perfectly square, so the countertop didn't fit perfectly. A contractor is going to have to cut out a section of wall to make the counter fit correctly now. Yesterday, 11/30 I finally got the last of the pieces I needed for my cabinets/counter. This started in June - the first four months weren't their fault, but the additional month+ of delays after delivery were frustrating and could've been better handled with better communication. The final product is very nice, but I would be wary of using them again.

In 2012 we had our Kitchen done and had a lot of trouble . I would NEVER recommend this company to…read moreanyone. I won't go into details but the job was done sloppily. Got hardwood floors installed that are defective, electric outlets crooked, loose molding to the ceiling barely attached, wall ceramic tiles cut unevenly to name just a few things not to mention the main (so called boss of the project who wasn't here most of the time)worker and his attitude in store and at my home. Also rinsing grout tools in my kitchen sink that clogged it. $22,000.00 job and that's what the customer gets. I don't know how they are still in business.

So they changed their name and added a letter to both words, and hey presto. Four stars because it's expensive, but there's not a lot of cheap-end home interior stuff out there, especially not that looks this good. You have to be moderately wealthy to afford the "ready made rooms" on display in here. If you're into remodeling the inside of your home, you'll probably find this place orgasmic. The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. Everyone's happy.

I could daydream about a kitchen like that for hours. It was rough to go back home to my old kitchen! The items are all top of the line and completely out of my price range- I don't know if I could ever afford a single appliance from this store, but it is a nice place to check out the latest and greatest, and just dream.

Don't bother coming to this store for "free kitchen planning". We've been coming here for awhile…read morebuying things for our house. The employees have never been great or helpful but it was fine since we knew what we're looking for. When it was time to get our kitchen remodeled we thought how great they do free planning. The first time we came here was on a Sunday. We asked the guy cashing out about it. He literally laughed in our faces and said that he was the only one that does it and he's too busy on Sunday's. Okay... Sunday's are busy we called the store later in the week hoping for an appointment. They said they don't make appointments and anytime would be fine. We went Friday right after work. The lady who could help us started with a faint eye roll. Then walked us over to the to cabinets and asked us "which one we wanted" then while trying to give her the measurements she kept cashing over customers out and answering the phone. At one point my husband asked her if she wanted to look at the pictures we took of the kitchen and said replied "I don't care unless they have the measurements" Needless to say I left about the second phone call she answered after that comment

The selection here is less but fit out needs and budget perfectly. We had a good experience with everything but the staff. The manager is Jason and he leaves much to be desired. He's very argumentative and not helpful at all. An older lady by the name of Janet is pretty much the same, acts like you're bothering her when you have a question or a return. If you shop here help yourself or ask the younger staff, they're much more knowledgeable and considerate.
