But it's not as smooth as other websites, they want you to call the store with the part number to confirm availability. However this wasn't too bad, the associate Tom pulled the items for me and kept behind the counter. The items were ready for pickup immediately, so it was great to be able to pay in store then be in and out quickly. The associate that cashed me out was courteous, and overall I had a great experience! I would recommend for their nice staff and good prices.

I also appreciate that I don't feel like they're trying to oversell or upsell on things I could do less expensively. For example, we are redoing our kitchen ourselves (it's an ongoing process if you know what I mean) and we reused the old cabinets because they were in good shape. The old cabinets had doors that were not compatible with hidden hinges unless you wanted to spend an *obscene* amount of money on hinges. The guys at Rockler's walked me through the options and I realized that we just needed new doors. Initially I thought we would make the doors but then that felt a bit overwhelming with all we needed to do. So I decided that we were going to buy doors. Rockler's sells doors. I figured that was perfect. When I went back in to tell the guy helping me that we were going to buy new doors, he told me that the style door we were interested in was actually a very simple one to make. He outlined the process right then and made us feel much more confident about the process. Making doors is really a better option for us because we will save a lot of money that way and we've done some woodworking before - just not cabinet doirs. We stopped in today to get our materials and when I saw that they didn't have any reviews I wanted to add one right away. If you're looking for a truly knowledgable staff that will support you or simply provide quality materials, definitely stop into this location of Rockler's.

Such work is jobbed out and HD doesn't back up the quality of the work. Having said that, we went yesterday for a replacement flourescent tube and a fuse for it. Like many HD shoppers, I've often found it difficult to find an employee to help find something. Yesterday, a super HD worker named Colin was on the spot even as we stood in front of the light bulbs looking for a 3-way bulb. Not only did he offer help without being asked, but instructed me on how to adjust the brightness tone on the bulb I was going to buy. Yes, there were some words to that effect on the package, but I'm sure I wouldn't have bothered to read closely. It's a light bulb. Colin next kept us from buying the wrong flourescent tube. What we'd picked up was a 12w and we needed a 15w. (Always helpful when shopping for a replacement anything to bring the old one with you.) Turned out HD did not have an 18-inch 15w, but at least we didn't have to come back to return the wrong one. And then Colin found the correct fuse we needed, Done. (We did get to Ace on Summer St in time to grab the last 18" 15w tube they had in stock.) Helpful and knowledgable employees can certainly make all the difference in any shopping experience.

The service from the sales person could of been better. From getting someone in for measurements to the items coming in were not communicated well at all. Measurements were suppose to be done with 72 hours, this did not happen so I had to call the store twice only to find out the order was placed incorrectly. Had I not called I'd probably still be waiting. When it came time for installation the wrong back storm door was ordered! What is saving this review is the installation crew, Conlee and Dylan. They went over and beyond. They were able to correct the wrong door and get a new one here within minutes. They were professional. Did a great job with the installation. Totally respected the property. They cleaned up during and after the installation Explained everything as they were doing it. Just great service there. The actual store service people were disappointing. The actual doors themself were priced reasonable, and they provided nice discounts.

This is a new store opened where the new construction went up the last few months across from…read moreTrader Joe's. This is a chain owned by the same company as Marshall's and TJ Maxx. This is the first location in the Buffalo New York area. You'll recognize a lot of the things, because they are similar to what you may have seen a TJ Maxx already. But there is some new stuff and the focus clearly different. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

I found a few I loved , so we got them. Such cute furniture for indoors & outdoors. If I had the money & the space, I would've bought SO much stuff. I got a SNOOPY sheet set & a comfy SNOOPY throw blanket . I found some other great "cooling" sheets, that we got. The store was very busy & the lines went all the way into the isle at TJ Maxx, but it went pretty fast. UPDATE 11/30/25:…read more Store's Follow-Up Request Ignored by Management Despite the owner asking me to call the store manager about this unusable mattress, my message to the manager has gone unanswered for over a week. Meanwhile, this mattress continues to get worse. It simply cannot handle my 122 lb. body weight when in use. The materials instantly compress so much that I experience physical discomfort and soreness (an iPad on a stand next to the bed is now exactly level with my face while I'm lying down). This points to a massive failure in the product's support capacity. I'm forced to sleep on my couch now rather than my bed because of the hip and glute pain I'm experiencing. This company's system for resolving customer complaints is clearly broken if the manager ignores a significant issue a customer is having. I cannot recommend a company that sells low-quality products and provides zero follow-up customer service. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and the NYS Consumer Protection Agency if I don't get a response soon. *****ORIGINAL REVIEW***** I purchased the Celestial Pegasus Plush Innerspring mattress and thought I'd finally get relief from the hip pain and foot numbness I had from my four year old Saatva latex mattress that I spent a fortune on. That wasn't the case. The Pegasus "Plush" wasn't plush at all and the hip pain and foot numbness continued. I should note the pain and numbness only happen when I'm lying down in bed so this isn't a medical issue. I used their exchange policy after sleeping on that mattress for 30 days and exchanged it for the Simmons Emerald Coast, which I was told was a plush mattress. Now I have a whole new pain - my glute is constantly throbbing from lying on this mattress and now I'm stuck with a very expensive mistake. Never purchase a pillow top from Simmons. They sag very quickly. After doing some Googling, I found out this mattress is best for back sleepers and I can see why. That's the only way to sleep on it without much pain, although I'm a side sleeper and can't get used to sleeping on my back. I told the salesperson that I am a side sleeper so I figured he was pointing me in the right direction for side sleepers. I don't have the money to purchase yet another mattress so I'm forced to live in pain. I never in my life had so many issues with mattresses and I know it's possible to be comfortable because I recently slept in a hotel and at a friend's and had no issues. Prior to purchasing the Saatva and then these two mistakes from City Mattress, I never had issues. Bedtime was a pleasure for me. Now it's torture. Service was just ok. Nothing special, but not bad either. I suggest going elsewhere where there are many more brands to choose from.

It is completely okay and encouraged to lay down on the beds and test them out, even if you go back and forth a bunch of times for comparison.
