The store is massive, probably bigger than the parking lot actually. There's a lot of everything. Need a mirror or a clock? There's several aisles of them. Need couch pillows? They're organized by color and there's several aisles of those too. We came for table lamps, and even those are organized by color. Heads up that most of the lamps are sold as "mix and match", meaning the lamp and the shade are sold separately. But I like the flexibility this offers. There's lots of shades to choose from, again organized by color. The prices for the items we looked at seemed fair. The store was very clean and well organized, making shopping a breeze. I highly recommend coming in if you're looking to decorate your home, patio, or garden.

We went back to the same cashier that cashed me out the 1st time & she would NOT honor the 15% off since she already scanned it- even though I never left the front of the store & my husband was clearly with me. I understand the code may not have worked a 2nd time but she could have made an exception bc the 15% wouldve worked if I had put all items in the same transaction. My husband then asked her if theres a military discount to which she wasnt not thrilled about so I said YES, Its 10% off bc we have used it at that location before. He went show his military ID but of course he accidentally left it in his cammies. (His fault-he shouldve had it with him) however the cashier still shouldve applied the 10% to honor the veteran discount anyways. He has photos of his id & clear proof of his service. Wasnt good enough. So I said actually we wont be purchasing this then- my husband was kind enough to take back both heavy chair boxes to the section so that the cashier didnt have to carry them. We were completely unsatisfied with our interaction. Its not about the $20 we wouldve saved it was about the cashier's unfriendlyness & clear annoyance to be bothered by us late at night toward close. She should've made it right even if it meant calling a manager. Ive worked retail for years- id never question if someone was a vet or deny them their 10% if they forgot their card out of respect. People don't l typically lie about being a US service member over a few bucks. And really, the 15% shouldve been honored considering I never left the store and the transaction couldve been 1... I didnt realize he wanted to buy more items especially close to $200. I filled out the survey on the bottom of the receipt and it only allows me to type 1200 characters so I couldnt even tell the whole story. So thats why im leaving this review on yelp.

I found a few I loved , so we got them. Such cute furniture for indoors & outdoors. If I had the money & the space, I would've bought SO much stuff. I got a SNOOPY sheet set & a comfy SNOOPY throw blanket . I found some other great "cooling" sheets, that we got. The store was very busy & the lines went all the way into the isle at TJ Maxx, but it went pretty fast. I love the system they have, by lighting up on the monitor what register is free to go to & announcing it. That's very cool & convenient. I will be coming back to this store for "whatever". I just had an excellent customer service experience. My mom purchased two identical rectangular…read morepillows from Room, both stenciled with the word "Buffalo" and the coordinates of the city (latitude and longitude). She gave one pillow to my dad and the other to me as Christmas gifts. Shortly thereafter, we discovered that the paint used to stencil the letters and numbers on the pillow was water soluble and wiped off with a damp paper towel. It would have been impossible to wash or even spot clean the front of the pillow case without also removing the stenciling. Today, well beyond the 14-day return policy stated on the receipt, my mom and I brought the pillows back to the store to see if there was anything we could do to protect the paint on the front of the pillow case (Scotchgard wasn't going to cut it). As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by an associate. We briefly explained our concern to the associate, and then without even batting an eye or even checking our receipt he apologized, stated that he was unaware of this issue, and immediately offered to exchange the pillows for other merchandise. We ended up selecting different Buffalo-themed pillows. Room offers beautiful contemporary furniture and home decor, and after spending time looking around the store and observing the quality of their merchandise, it's obvious that the faulty pillows were an anomaly and in no way typical of the products sold by Room. My mom and I were both impressed with this customer service experience and appreciate the attention we received.

And it's eclectic with vintage, modern, antiques , collectibles, art work and furniture. So many things your eyes simply don't know where to look. The kind of place that makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation with someone because you're looking at so many fun things that you forget what they asked you! The owner was absolutely welcoming and just charming. There was a fire in the fire place that invited you to sit and look around and keep jumping up to get something else you simply couldn't believe you found. Every nook and cranny had a treasure. Some were from estate sales, some were on consignment, some were from local artists. I can't imagine not being able to find just the most unique gift for someone or for that shelf in your home. I couldn't resist a vintage train case! The owner also told us that new items are constantly being added and so it's the kind of place that you would never see the same thing twice and I think always be welcomed anytime. Nit ure average furniture store…read more I came for some home decor stuff, for the place back in New York, and they had a decent selection of typical Mall type furniture. But a bit more customized and hipster. They're never very busy. A bit higher with the prices though, because it's in the mall.
