How many times have I driven past Tesori and said " that place looks adorable I have to stop in…read morethere" .... countless! But I finally did stop in there and it is adorable!! And it's eclectic with vintage, modern, antiques , collectibles, art work and furniture. So many things your eyes simply don't know where to look. The kind of place that makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation with someone because you're looking at so many fun things that you forget what they asked you! The owner was absolutely welcoming and just charming. There was a fire in the fire place that invited you to sit and look around and keep jumping up to get something else you simply couldn't believe you found. Every nook and cranny had a treasure. Some were from estate sales, some were on consignment, some were from local artists. I can't imagine not being able to find just the most unique gift for someone or for that shelf in your home. I couldn't resist a vintage train case! The owner also told us that new items are constantly being added and so it's the kind of place that you would never see the same thing twice and I think always be welcomed anytime. I'm looking forward to going and hanging out with some holiday gift money again soon!!

The shop is chock full of beautifully staged, quality items that anyone would be proud to show off in their home. The furniture here is clean, clean, clean, quality, and quite appealing. I found myself circulating through the store a few times - there are so many items here - you'll simply have to look more than once. Don't forget to look up! There is also a small selection of chandeliers and pendant lighting. I'm closing on a new home yet in the future, but I know I can count on Hertel Home Consignment for that something special once I've moved in.

I have made several purchases from Raymour & Flanigan over the years and each time I realize how…read morepoorly constructed the majority of their furniture is - you get what you pay for, and it had gotten worse. Most recently we purchased a bedroom set for my son and it was not inexpensive. Within a few months the bed frame was falling apart. Rather than replacing the defective product they sent a man to patch it up. That didn't last long. Now the dresser drawer is broken and after initially offering to fix the defective drawer for a price of $130, which we grudgingly agreed to. Then they inexplicably said that they could no longer repair. Each manager told us the same. Basically, too bad we can't help you, you are on your own. The problem with the furniture is that it is so poorly constructed that it is difficult to repair. For example the drawer slides in my son's dresser are secured to the side of the dresser with staples and glue! No screws or bolts or fasteners that are worthy of the job. The cheapest materials possible are used and then Raymour & Flaningan refuses to stand behind their product with impunity. Look closely at the actual construction of the furniture you want, and get good quality. Do not go to Raymour unless you want broken furniture in a couple of months - to maybe a couple of years if you are lucky. That is what you get for a few thousand dollars at Raymour. Pathetic.

We were able to negotiate a seat cushion/fabric replacement only and save the full wood refurbishment (working on a budget)! The nice young lady on staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was on point... they have some very nice statement pieces that are more pricey as you'd expect. But the non-statement pieces were very reasonably priced and exquisitely refurbished. Perfect place for home furnishings in the Buffalo area!
