The brew leans dark and sweet with rich chocolate and sweet raspberry notes. The space features both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. A friendly cat walks around greeting guests, which adds a fun touch to the atmosphere. The staff provides amazing service, and you can walk down the LA River before or after your drinks.

It's an all organic pop up place inside of siesta day spa. I got a cafe de olla and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is very good! The sandwich, a tad more salty than I prefer, but that is my personal choice. They have a detached grill that they cook on, so I think that is why my order may have taken a bit longer than usual, but that was not a problem. :) The siesta day club part was huge inside. From the outside, it looks small, but when you walk in, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Jose was someone that I briefly talked to behind their cider bar. Extremely friendly person!!! Found out that they make their own hard cider! Everyone there is extreme friendly!!! Service was fantastic! When they get there hours more established, I'll be going there again!

It's hidden in a factory/storage setup in LA and right across from LA Historic Park. The place makes you feel like you're no longer in Los Angeles. You're welcomed with EDM/Tropical music and a beach/island setup. You have cabanas set up, their surfboards for decor, and colored tile floors. Great place to lounge out and host gatherings. FOOD: Charcoal Froze (Recommend) A good mix of elderberry, orange, and agave. Sweet and pretty subtle. I got a good buzz from this. Cactus Rose Froze (Recommend) This is your selection if you're looking for something tart and sour. I enjoyed the tarty sweetness from the cactus pear and it was well-slushed. The slushy gives it a nice hint of orange. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Garrett was a good dude. TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars! I've never really gone to a day bar but this was a cool experience. Reasonable prices (about $6), good selections, and a good vibe. I'm sure my experience would be different if I struggled with parking or it was excessively crowded but this was a cool gem. Monkish has a lofty, entirely undeserved reputation that reflects California beer drinkers' warped tastes: They cater pretty much exclusively to people who love bitter bongwater suds that reek of sulfur and children's tears. Monkish is the archetype of the undrinkable-but-worshipped California brewery -- sixteen IPAs and one sad, soapy afterthought of a pilsner. There's no food on offer aside from whatever vendor might be visiting, and he was sold out when we visited. As for atmosphere, expect lots of unsupervised children running amok while patrons shatter glasses. We cut our visit even shorter than usual because one bartender kept interjecting in a voice so loud that it literally startled us each time he made chit-chat with other patrons. I've said it about the Torrance location, and I'll say it again about Anaheim: Monkish is junkish.

Located in the industrial area of San Gabriel, Ogopogo highlights their ube beer and food. Sad to say, they do not make a pandan hazy IPA anymore, which was my main reason for coming. I had no idea! We parked in the faded parking lot in the front of the brewery. The parking is unclear as for the opposite side says no parking. We walked in, and felt very cold, since it was a rainy/cloudy day. They had their doors open that led towards he outside seating and the front entrance, so a breeze was going through. On a Sunday afternoon, it was not busy at all. We took a small look around the brewery and didn't see anyone. The beertender was actually hidden towards the left and wasn't near the register. She didn't say anything nor greet us. In fact, I don't know if she said anything at all. We ordered out two beers and went to sit down. I found out that she was counting her minutes to leave and another beertender took her spot. We sat in the back where the music wasn't as loud so we can do some work. I ended up going back up to order their hot dog happy hour: a Boeman and a hot dog for $10. I then ordered myself a hot dog for $5 in addition to a Hazy IPA. the second beertender was a tad nicer than the first. She explained to me the discontinued beer, which I didn't know about. The hot dog was pretty good for the cost. It's bigger than a hot dog you'd get at a stadium and it was definitely half the price. They had ketchup packets and offered onions as a topping. As for their beers, it was decently priced with the haze I was expecting. They had a bigger crowd of people starting at 6 when we left. The parking lot was filled on both sides and people created their own lot with their cars. It's just odd how no one really comes throughout the day on a Sunday. They could offer more foods, snacks, or incentives to get people coming, but I didn't see any of that. The workers seemed not to care too much either, so that's a bummer. Again, lots of potential, but the care needs to be put in. I probably won't be back.

With that information and the GPS, we had no issues finding Brewyard. The day we went, most people were sitting inside. There was a food vendor outside but the roll up door wasn't open so we chose a table inside. The bartender was nice and offered us samples as we perused the extensive offerings on tap. I went with an ube beer and my friend had a rice one, that I kind of liked better. The bathroom is really clean and there is plenty of parking outside. I would come back to try more of their beers.
