Ate here at 7:15 am on Sunday morning. Not busy at all. Food was delicious and prepared quickly. The Country Fried Steak was one of the best I've had, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside - with the gravy brought on the side! Perfect. Our server was Portia and she was super pleasant and very perky for an early Sunday shift. Her positivity alone made our experience better. One star subtracted for the too-strong bleach smell in the entry way and the dining room floor could've been vacuumed a bit better - I'm pretty sure it couldn't have had some much paper on it from the morning shift alone since we came in so early. read more

Every time we go out to eat I want to believe that customer service is not completely out the window. Most companies can benefit from Chick-fil-a employees on to provide customer service. 1st- if you can't remember the order, then you need to write it down. 2nd- after you bring the messed up order at least say sorry and not blame it on the cook, cause you didn't write the order down. 3rd- before we even start eating you brought the check & said you'll come to get payment... Did not ask at anytime if we needed anything else...don't work out front "Candy!" If you can't handle a positive attitude have the manager find something else for you to do! read more

Do not go use this location. Find a different IHOP. They do not care about their jobs or customers. I use to eat at this location a fair amount when I lived in the area. Tonight, working overnight, I wanted to place an order for pickup. I called around 840 pm. When I spoke to someone on the phone they barley seemed to be able to talk to me. They sounded half asleep. I asked to place an advance to-go order and was told the owner of the establishment no longer allowed to-go orders. I asked if I could place an order and pay if that would help so I could come pick it up. I really wanted to get my meal, its how it is when you have cravings. The person on the phone tells me they will put the order in and will be ready for pick up. They did not take payment. I show up for my meal a little later then expected, about 15 mins, and there is no one up front. I had to walk into the dinning area to get someones attention. It was the same guy I spoke with on the phone. I tell him I'm there for the order and he looks confused. He then tells me "He hopes they have started cooking it." I ask when he put the ticket in since I had called almost an hour and half ago. He looks even more confused then goes to the kitchen. He returns to tell me they have not made my food and it would take 10 mins. For what I order that it not acceptable. I order steak tips, they take longer to prep and cook then 10 mins. That isn't safe. I ask why he told my food would be ready when he didn't even put in a ticket. The manager on staff comes over. She ask me if I was sure I talked to someone there or came to the right place. I inform her I'm at the right place and I talked to the guy next to her. He confirms he spoke with me about the order. She then begins to scold him for taking an order after 6 pm because they are not suppose to anymore. -- That is an outrageous time to stop taking to-go orders. Most people are on there way home and would want to pick up food around that time. Not to mention it is a 24 hours establishment and the first IHOP I have ever known to stop taking to-go orders.---- The manager continues to question the employee and does not acknowledge me. Finally I ask if there is something they can do because I need to go. She looks at me blankly and just says my order never should have been taken or told that it would be ready. At this point I'm done. I have patients that I needed to return to and this was suppose to be quick. I asked for the owners number and was told they could not give it out. So even if this is a private owned location or whatever the case maybe I will be contacting higher ups about the singular changes in policies. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

Came here because I had a craving for pancakes and it was very cozy and moderately quiet (if that makes sense). I was seated instantly and as many times that I've been to IHOP, I still look at the menu as if it's ever changed. First: I've been to some IHOPS that have been downright fugly and disgusting, but this one was the complete opposite. The tables were clean, no food sprawled under tables, it was just wonderful. Second: The employees were friendly which is usually not the case with restaurants these days. Third: Food was great. I took a star off because they gave my dad the wrong food. He clearly said no ham and scramble the eggs. What did they bring? BINGO! Ham and fried eggs. He wasn't upset, but I just thought it was hilarious. All in all, would I come back again? This place has OK service but the last time I went there, I had a GNAT in my food. I called the manager over and she was looking at my plate like she didn't see that big bug sitting by my eggs. She finally saw it and snatch my plate up and only gave me a 10% discount.... haven't been back since. read more

Okay, so I was desperate for a cup of coffee, my car is down & I really needed a cup of coffee so I had door Dash deliver me IHOP. I ordered sausage eggs and pancakes only to get to the $10 limit for my coffee. IHOP does not give an option when ordering online regarding sugar and cream for the coffee so I decided to call them to confirm I would get creamer in my coffee, I don't like it black. The manager explained that coffee orders come with plenty of creamer and sugar on the side. I gave her my name & DoorDash order information and she said she would make sure I would have it. Door dash dude gets to me, no sugar no cream in the bag. I called the manager back and all she had to say was, "yes I remember talking to you but we've been too busy" & hung up. I just let it go & decided to share my review. Needless to say I drank the coffee black...Zero customer service, especially when it comes to delivery orders when they don't have to actually deal with customers face-to-face they half-ass do the job. 100% management fault, no reflection on servers or door dash. read more

The WORST experience of my life at any ihop.... had my omelette brought to me 3 times WRONG, didn't eat it or take it with me and still was charged for it, my fiancé got a salad, first time it was wrong they supposedly fixed it and brought it back missing ingredients which they had to bring on the side, was giving raw filler veggies that were supposed to be cooked twice... i don't understand what the problem was tonight, been to this ihop a few times before and never had an issue maybe they were tired or whatever but I am utterly disappointed in the way things were handled spent almost 2 hours only to not get what I wanted... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! However on the flip side my server was Jacob and he had a trainee, didn't get her name, but they were awesome, they really tried to fix everything but due to the negligence of the back of house staff they were unable to and I saw that he typed all my requests in on my receipt so I place no blame on him at all. read more

I come here frequently! Great service, great food! I've picked up, and dined in, the customer service has always been great!

8:45 in the morning and we were 1 of only 2 tables of people in the restaurant. We ordered our food and more than 30 minutes later our waitress left... we saw her getting in her car... and our food was still not on our table. It was finally served to us and it was cold. I asked for ketchup and 5 min later ended up having to get up and get it myself. EPIC. Failure. We won't be back. read more

About 5 minutes after getting our order, which included pancakes, I noticed that my butter hadn't melted on the pancakes. I checked the temperature, with my finger, and found 1. the pancake cold & 2. the texture to be more cookie-like, than cake-like. I had them replaced with fresh ones, no problem. Otherwise, the food was as good as I expected. As I was finishing my breakfast date with my step-daughter, I realized that I had forgotten to place my to-go order. I waited a few minutes for my server. With him not around, I called from my iPhone to make the order. A guy answered the phone & I said that I wanted to place a take out order. He placed me on hold, then (obviously, not knowing that I was in the restaurant) proceeded to mosey about the floor. After watching him for about 3 minutes, my server shows up & I explain to him my situation with his coworker. He took my order instead. While I waited for the food, the "phone" guy shows up with cards to fill out to become a part of the IHOP Pancake Revolution. When asked how I was doing, I let him know that I would have been waiting on the phone for about 7 min, waiting for HIM to come to the phone to take my order, instead of galavanting around the place. He said that he wasn't clocked in & expected someone else to come to the phone. I said that it wasn't a huge deal & that I just wanted him to know that I had called & I watched him roam the store and I made the order with someone else, since no one came to the phone. I overheard him telling his manager who, subsequently, walked by my table twice without addressing the issue. I would've said something to her, addressing my call-in issue and her not addressing it, but I didn't see it as a big deal. Perhaps, I should have. I went to this IHOP for a nice family breakfast with my wife and kids and when we got there we were seated within 10 min with it being crowded. However the waiter we had named Carey was very impatient with my wife when she was trying to order and when we finally did our food it was well after 3 tables that came after us got their food and the food was very cold and incorrect. The waiter Carey swore (cussed) in front of my kids after getting frustrated with having another table to cover. Very bad experience. I love IHOP but I just won't be coming to this one for a very long time if not ever again. read more

VERY SLOW SERVICE. I wonder if this is the norm. I walked in and i was the very first one in line. After waiting five minutes i decided to call the restaurant to see if someone could come and take my to go order. I called twice. Both times there was no answer. The restaurant is quiet. Very few people here. I am not sure why service is so slow. Several people have just decided to leave i stead of waiting. There appears to be staff on break even though there are customers waiting. I hadn't been here in a while but needed to get my son something quick to eat before heading to an early appt. We arrived around 5:30AM. The place was empty and darn near dark. I wasn't even sure if they were open (I guess the sign on the outside needs a new bulb... ). I had to wait for someone to come up front to seat us. He was very nice though. There was only one other lady sitting in a corner all by herself. The place "looked" clean, but I felt that it really wasn't. It had a very old/musty smell. I had drank a tall glass of water prior to arriving there and had use the restroom but decided not to. I have an issue with public bathrooms in general and this place for sure looked suspect. We ordered the pancake stack with eggs and sausage and hash browns. It was baaad..... it just wasn't good either. I kept praying it wouldn't do a number on my stomach. My 16yr old son who can eat for 3 people wasn't too impressed either and barely finished his food. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for the waiter to bring our check. When we went to checkout, he had all of the cash in his apron??? Not even sure what that was about.. but I felt to sketchy to pay with a debit/credit card so cash it was. When we left, I told my son to rush to the car because there was a suspect looking man riding his bike around the parking lot (mind you, it was still pitch black outside). I had my pink mace ready though (yeah.. I am SURE he was scared of ME). I gave this place 2 stars because our waiter was very nice. Other than that.. I say eat somewhere else. read more

I literally live behind this IHOP and eat there on a regular basis. My food is always perfect. I hate the new change to the beef tips. Change it back PLEASE. My only complaint would be the staff. One guy in particular always calls me buddy along with other customers. He's simply unprofessional. He's a middle aged black guy with a chipped tooth or something. I came here often, because it's convenient with good food. But the management sucks, they really don't appreciate their customers. I ordered the turkey dinner plate, on the menu there were two prices for it, I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the two turkey dinners with different prices. When the waitress asked I pointed to the cheaper one, but when our check arrived she charged me for the more expensive one. I pointed out to her the menu ambiguity and the one I ordered. She left and talked to the manager and came back with a sorry excuse that it was eaten already and the portion for the one they gave me is bigger that's why it's more expensive, but seriously on the menu there are no differences between the two turkey dinners! My complaint is not with the waitress, because she was probably trying to do her job, my issue is with management all they had to do was agree on fixing the receipt, but they didn't. read more

Had a leisurely Sunday morning breakfast with some friends, we had to wait for a table for 15 minutes (thank god not more than that...the place was swarming!). The host was kind and seated us at a clean table, and the server was very friendly and on her game. The food came out pretty quickly, I had the new special spinach melt (DELICIOUS!), and of course my favorite chocolate milk. I would definitely go back to this location, it was very clean and the staff was really great! I will definitely change from going to the La Vista location which has gone down in the past few months. If I could give them half a star I would. This was the WORST IHOP I have ever been to in my life! First, our waiter (Carey) came in pulling up his nose and told us he was going to take our order then wash his hands. Gross. Then when he brought our drinks out with a fat ass booger in his nose. I was so disgusted that asked the hostess for a different waiter since he was sick. He was right behind her and rudely told me that he just came from outside so of course his nose was running. Instead of having someone else bring out our food, the same person brought our food out after he tossed the extra plates we needed in order to split our meal. THEN he forgot the rest of our food so someone else had to bring it. He came to apologize, looked at our food, then chuckled.
