Double Blueberry Pancakes, turkey bacon, and hash browns.
Rachel M.

Our microwave broke down, so we went here for brunch. I got their Double Blueberry Pancakes, turkey bacon, and hash browns. I love that they have turkey bacon. The hash browns had enough seasonings that I didn't need to add salt to it. It's nice that the pancakes had blueberries inside and a blueberry sauce on the outside. It was all good. Service was decent. Didn't have to wait long for our food, and my pancakes were hot. The ambiance is ok. There's a view of the parking lot. The booth was good. Pretty clean, too. It was a little loud and busy.

Abysmal Benedict

Manager clearly not doing there job. You should be ashamed letting this be served to customers. Every plate needs to be checked for quality standards before leaving kitchen. That is not holandaise...Do your damn job.

I added my own cheese sauce. Kids pancake and the very sad Bacon temptation dry omelette without my fruit cup.

My bacon temptation omelette came without cheese sauce and so now it's a plain omelette with large bacon chunks inside the omelette. Very plain. They also forgot my side fruit cup.

(SILVERDALE, WA IHOP) I shared a photo of my son eating fries. Why? Because he still had food on his plate and actively eating when a Hispanic woman wearing a red button up uniform, I assume is the shift manager, took it away to clear our table. She said "thank you" and walk away with it. Didn't ask if he was done, nor bothered noticing he was still chewing. HOW RUDE!!! The photo I shared was the last fry he was grabbing before she took it. I didn't even notice until I saw her walking away with it because I was sending my wife this photo of him eating. Your probably wondering why I didn't say anything... because I have a short temper and would've caused a really big scene. I know I should've, but I was so stunned and upset I immediately paid and walked out. I like IHOP's pancakes, which is why we come here often, but I won't be returning to this restaurant. The rest of the wait staff was polite. BTW.. only one other table was occupied by a dad and two kids.

Beyond burnt peppers. Smells so disgusting

Ordered online. Stated that it would be done in about 10 minutes. I got there a few minutes after that and it was already ready so they were able to take their time with the order and still decided to throw this in top of the omelette. Visibly burnt. I opened the lid and it smells burnt. Disgusting.

Always good food. Great service today. Perfect eggs. And my kids ate for free, how could I complain. Thankful I didn't have to cook tonight.

The word brunch creates an image of creative & specialized dishes designed to entice and excite the customer. This experience abysmal! We were seated by a server that gave off a vibe that said "I will seat you because it's my job but I'd rather just stand here staring out the window." No smile crossed her face. The vibe in the restaurant was...blah. Kinda depressing for a restaurant considered to be higher tier casual. Our server arrived and took our order. That experience was average at best. We both ordered the waffle breakfast. Pearl sugar waffle, meat of choice & eggs. My husband ordered ham with eggs scrambled well. My order was sausage patty and eggs over medium. The wait was pushing 30 mins which is completely unacceptable with an essentially empty restaurant. What came next convinced me that Maynards didn't give a crap about their customers. Every restaurant has an expediter, the last line of defense before food leaves the kitchen. This person should notice when quality is lacking. In this case, that person was asleep at the wheel and the car went off the road and into a ditch. Maynards does not respect customers enough to serve quality food. The proof is evidenced by the BURNT pre-packaged waffles that were clearly popped into a toaster & served cold. The sausage was so anemic that I wasn't convinced it was fully cooked. Visible white fat made it even less appealing. The eggs? They were horrible, cold and cooked to death. My husband said he liked his eggs but the moderate praise came to a screeching halt once he tired the ham. He said it was prepackaged and prepared on a dirty cook top that made it taste awful. I am so offended at the audacity of this restaurant to serve us such low quality food. I believe in complementing when food and service are excellent and requesting a manager when they are not. Next up, requesting the manager. I asked the girl at the front to have a manager sent to our table. Our server arrived at our table telling us there would not be a manager at the restaurant until 12:30, an hour and a half later. Moments later a sous chef arrived at our table asking about our issues. We explained that this food was prepackaged, improperly cooked and completely unappealing. His response was completely ridiculous and disrespectful. "We have alot of housemade items on our menu. If you had ordered something else, it would have been housemade." Are you freaking kidding me!? Then he asks if we wanted something else. Really? Kid, read the room!! He then asked if we wanted it comped. Yes, I am not paying for this! $20 a plate? A joke, indeed! We walked out. Maynards did everything wrong. Sadly, I believe they don't care and nothing will change. This visit cemented our decision to never return. On a side note, we had a wonderful waffle meal at Wafflestop complete with a tasty coffee drink for the same price! A happy, smiling & kind server completed our meal worthy of our time and money.
