This review isn't about IHOP's food, but about their policies and choice of employees. We were actually going to help at a fundraiser event, at the Sleep Inn, that is next to the restaurant. We did park next to IHOP (there is a very big parking lot with IHOP on one side and Sleep Inn on the other), but there were no signs at all on that side, saying "IHOP parking only", or "violators will be towed", nothing. (I took pictures) Anyway, when we came out after the event our car was gone! We asked the IHOP hostess about it and she said yes, it was towed. We told her there was no signs out there, and she said "well, there is on the other side, and you were in our spot..." It's like she just sits there waiting to see someone park there and walk over to the hotel so she can, gleefully, call the towing company. Which, btw, was Skyway Towing that charged us $682 to get our car out!! But that will be a different review... She was very curt, rude, and not the least bit sorry for what she just cost us.

I got a sirloin steap tips, mashes potatoes, french fries, and water. There were more mushrooms and onions than steak-but that's okay! still loved it anyway-and it filled me up-had to take some home. ALSO-frensesco is a very funny guy! we asked him to take a pic for us, he said "with ur phone or my phone"

Great Service! Came for breakfast on a Sunday. The parking lot was full which indicated it was busy. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. The host sat us immediately. Our server Ellie introduced herself and told us about a special promo they had. She brought us coffee and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. We are seniors and decided on ordering from the 55+ selections. Our food came in a timely matter and everything was as expected. I observed other staff members that were very pleasant as well. I also observed the way they cleaned up the tables, booths, chairs, floor area after guest left. Impressive cleaning procedures. This was my first experience at an IHop restaurant that was outstanding in all aspects. Keep up the great work!

They were very quick to seat us, drinks were served quick and order was quick Food came quick as well. It's not as big as other IHOP I've been too but it's pack. They have booth with glasses between the booths. Plenty of seats for groups up to 4. There's so much you can say about eggs, bacon and toast lol I had my eggs over easy and I think it was made exactly to how I like it. Server keep checking in. I would definitely come back

This is my first time with a negative experience at IHOP. It was downright discriminatory and disrespectful on all levels. What's my part in it? Well we walk in as a group of 4 people. Two ladies a young girl and me. It was around 9p so service was slow. No staff at the entry we waited for 5 mins nobody seemed to be coming we looked for our seats and sat down in an area that had several people. We waited 20 mins and I realized nobody was tending to us so I got the waiter's attention. He was a young Latino boy looking like a high school student. He walked up and explained that we should have waited to be seated and that we were disrespectful for sitting ourselves. Mind you the sign that states this is on the inside wall and not in view when customers walk in so we missed it easily not intentionally. I proceed to explain this to him. If they had a problem with us sitting ourselves down. Why didn't any staff member approach us and explain this to us rather than childishly ignore us and not respond to any service. I am highly disappointed and would appreciate better training for the staff at the SeaTac IHOP across from Sleep Inn Hotel. Don't make assumptions about your customers state your displeasure upfront and move on with doing your job.

Hotdogs instead of sausage? Let's not cut corners

Quick grab and go breakfast near seatac airport. I'd say for the most part it is the usual IHOP standard. My complaint however is I ordered the smokehouse sausage breakfast and it was not smokehouse sausage it was hotdogs lol.. they were grilled but that is not what I ordered or usually how it's served. Otherwise the pancakes, eggs, and hash browns were the usually quality. My server Barb was friendly and accommodating. The establishment is clean. I witnessed them cleaning tables and disinfecting salt and pepper shakers after each guest. They are also complying with social distancing by having the plexiglass dividers. Updated - car likely to be damaged. My car was scrapped up. Upon entering another patron was telling the manager how the last time he dined here his truck was broken into. I asked the manager to run the outside cameras back so I could get the plate number and of course the cameras are just for show and do not work. The entry to this establishment was also broken into and the door now is covered by a piece of wood.

OMG! This is the IHOP I remember. Super clean, good food at a decent price. And the service was outstanding. Very friendly and not just to me. All the tables had great service. I had to go in early to the plant I was working at and stepped out to eat. I was hungry! Ordered the chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. Since I was off the healthy good bandwagon for the day I treated myself with boysenberry syrup. I will come back for a meal without the carbs and sugar soon.

I was out with a older friend she is always curious about the menu asks a lot of questions. Our waitress Carmen was very patient with her I appreciate her customer service. We have a delightful conversation with her. Later on I had to use the restroom and the cleaner Maria was in the middle of cleaning it, instead of telling me that the bathroom was closed she stopped in the middle and stopped to let me go. FYI the restroom was supper clean and smelt good

The food was very good! and very cheap! I came with my family and we enjoyed it very well. Will most definitely come again.!

Basically $18.00 for an omelet and pancakes. When did IHOP get so expensive for diner food?
    Boise 2.

Typical IHOP. Pros: -Did not have to wait to be seated -Food was decent. I had a BYO omelet and chocolate pancakes. Cons: - Expensive. When did IHOP get so expensive? An omelet and a couple pancakes was $18.00. Diner food like IHOP should not be on par price wise as a good local breakfast establishment. -Busy. Service was slow. Location did not have a cashier option so you have to wait for your server to cash you out. -I wanted regular chocolate chip pancakes. But apparently that isn't a thing here, so they only do the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, which cost extra. What happened to good ol buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chips?

Good day, Yelpies,…read more There's something quietly remarkable about a restaurant that survives not just decades, but generations of changing tastes--and still manages to feel relevant. This establishment, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 1967 before relocating to Sea-Tac in 1976 under the guidance of the original owner's wife, carries with it more than just longevity--it carries legacy. Its name traces back to Lima, Peru, inspired by Las Trece Monedas--a folkloric tale of a humble young man who, armed with only thirteen coins, pledged unwavering love and devotion to win the heart of a wealthy man's daughter. It's a fitting origin story for a restaurant rooted in perseverance, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Half a century later, those same values echo through every plate and every interaction. The menu delivers consistently satisfying fare, and the service operates with a rhythm that only comes from years of refinement. But perhaps most impressive is the sheer ambition of it all--executing quality food around the clock, 24 hours a day, is no small feat. It's the kind of operational endurance that deserves recognition on its own. Whether you arrive for breakfast at dawn, a late-night dinner, or anything in between, this is a place that meets you where you are--and feeds you well when you get there. Cheers --The Dutchman

You will need to find street parking but it's not too difficult. The name gives you the clue - it's "classic" in a retro, elevated biker bar way (there is a bar in the front and there was a biker out front as well so I'm sticking with this description). On the walls are "classics" like Harley Davidson and Elvis Presley. Among the other things that we did not know (which was everything) - it's New Orleans Cajun-based food. There are some non-New Orleans Cajun items on the menu - traditional breakfast French Toast and such - however, many of the items, from the omelets to the chicken ARE with a very tasty and not-too-spicy Cajun flavor or sauce. My husband had the omelet that featured andouille sausage and was very glad he did. I tried the Cajun chicken tenders (?) that came LOADED, on top of delicious homestyle biscuits, and next to a pile of cheesy potatoes. Service was perfect. Very friendly from walking in the door to walking out the door. Very diverse clientele so you can rest assured you will like it here.
