Asparagus, smaller than the fork prong due to being severely overcooked and then drowned in steak sauce.

Like everybody, I have had my share of bad dinner experiences. However, at 56 years old - I have yet to return food. This place is disgusting. I ordered steak, potato, asparagus and a cup of soup. 4 people in the restaurant. Soup came out after 20 minutes but it was cold. I tried to flag down the waitress but no luck. I then waited another hour to get the food. Never once did the waitress come check on me. Never brought my drink. When I finally get my food, the asparagus was burnt to about 1/4 inch thick. The medium steak was cold and uncooked but drowned in steak sauce. (I never seen so much steak sauce on a plate). The potato was French fries. I figured what the hell - I am starving and nothing is open now (This place is in my hotel lobby). I may as well tough it out. The fries were crispy hard but cold and floating in the steak sauce. The asparagus was drenched in steak sauce and just nasty. I told the waitress I've been here an hour and twenty minutes. I am not going to eat this. She said she would bring me the bill. I told her I didn't eat it as she kept insisting I pay. I told her to call the cops if you want to collect and gave her my room number. THe hotel has been a decent place to stay. But as a Marriott Platinum member, I will start racking up HIlton Points when staying in the Seattle Area.

Hanging out with the boys in this nice and quiet setting.

This place is a hidden gem. Came here lastnight with a few of my buddies. And it's such a nice and quiet setting. We really enjoyed it and was able to talk to each other without having to scream over anyone else. The food was amazing and the service was on point! It's hidden inside the Four Point Sheraton Hotel. But such a great atmosphere inside. And the prices were very good. If your looking for good food and a place to sit back and just chill then this is the spot.

First you go someplace, you have a nice time, and the rose-colored glasses are on. Second time you…read morego someplace, you don't have as good of a time, and the rose-colored glasses come off. That's the way it is. We hoped this would be our new holiday go-to. We loved the idea of a week-long menu during holidays. We took advantage of the Irish St. Patrick's Day menu, and we were excited to go back for the Easter menu. The Easter menu was also shown on their website as being a week long - so that's three more days from the day we went. When we got there, we spent a few minutes being discombobulated because we couldn't find any of the Easter menu items besides the pancakes (photo) and the drinks menu. In addition, the staff was being a big cagey about it. The menu was still featured on the website but turns out, we were eventually told, that they ran out of the ingredients for most of the items (which would be ham and pork, I guess) and the menu was shut down except for the drinks and the pancakes (nobody mentioned the pancakes and they weren't named in an Eastery way). So, folks, if you offer a week-long menu for one of the biggest holidays of the year, please get enough inventory. We know times are tough, but you did decide to do this and presumably know better after being open since 1979. Please take the holiday menu down from your website if it's not applicable anymore. Please put "subject to availability" on your flyer online if it's possible you will run out of inventory. Please be forthcoming and cheerful and apologetic that you don't have the holiday menu anymore, not defensive. Please tell your entire staff that you aren't serving it anymore. Non-wait staff. Why do you ask us what we want to drink, then tell us we'll have to ask our server? Just bring us water and be done with it. Wait staff. You seem like you enjoy your job, or used to, but are over-worked. That's too bad. We hope things get better. So, this will probably not be our go-to holiday restaurant after all.

We often split it and it is more than enough for 2 but today, I got the chicken and biscuits. The large breaded and fried chicken strips were good but could have been a bit juicier. They were somewhat dry. The white gravy was good but could have had a bit more flavor. My wife took home 1/2 of her burrito. Coffee is good and refilled frequently. Service is fast and efficient. I paid with the toast app.

If you're looking for a special occasion, go no further…read more I've gotten many times and I've never been let down. The food is amazing and the dessert you can't skip on. What makes the food even better is that the service is always great And during the day, it has a very nice view of the water Define is the best combination of food and service in view. This is also a great place for a date night or any occasion. We all need places that we can always count on in Veros has never let me down, just give it a try.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!…read more Mother's Day and birthday- they had a limited menu with a set gratuity of 20% which may explain why the service was lacking. I was hoping this would be like a 4 star review- crappy service amazing food? Nope- bad service bad food over priced- We Made a reservation, and asked for window seat got seated in the worst seat possible table Right by the walkway and kitchen. We asked to move to one of 5 empty tables and we were told they were booked full- the attendant wouldn't even ask if we could switch tables- she did tell the manager we were unhappy and his response was to shrug and dismiss it. She had zero interest in ensuring we had a good experience. There should not have been any issue to move us to one of the other more preferred seats. As they were empty and many remained so while we were there. We ordered Tuxedo lobster ravioli - stuffed with lobster- warm flavor but very uninspiring- would not recommend - it was warm- not hot and the sauce was a bit congealed texture wise - the flavors truly were on the more bland side Crab stuffed salmon - delicious- buttery moist flakey salmon with delightful crab stuffing- garlic mash was spot on- favorite dish! If all dishes had been this delightful I would have been thrilled! Steak tuscano- bland- minimal sauce- both people who ordered it did not feel it was worth it at all- aldente noodles and well well wellll done steak- lacked flavor- the bacon jam was delightful but very little of it- the balsamic reduction was absent and the noodles were dry- none of us who tasted it thought it was good- edible but eh... Artichoke dip - good but not great- it was a bit runny- as in watery. Mild flavor main flavor artichoke very little crab or lobster- actually had to be told it was seafood artichoke- there was no sign of seafood- the RED... L has way better and more flavorful and that's sad to say. We opted to skip dessert thank goodness- sadly the reservation asks about special event for which we put birthday... but there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday- typically in a higher end type restaurant which they seem to claim to be- if you put the occasional they acknowledge that you're there for a birthday etc.- nope! The bottom line is- I've had way better meals with way better service at a way better price..... save the time, the money and your taste buds. And go some place that actually tries to accommodate simple reasonable requests and well quite frankly some place that still cares about customer service. I truly wanted to like this place- sadly won't be back.

Restaurant was clean and busy with people but my server returned quickly to take my order after I was given my coffee. Decided on the veggie skillet, ordered side of avacado. Before my food arrived the server checked on me and my coffee situation like 3 times. I appreciate this because when you spend $4-5 for coffee you want more than one cup. Food came quickly for how busy they were. It was so delicious and loved how full of yummy fresh vegetables, onion, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, chopped green onion, spinach. I loved the sliced avacado. Very fair priced as a side $2.00. I was hungry and ate almost all of my food. I had whole wheat bread they gave me freezer jam for my toast. Food, service, coffee and atmosphere was all too notch! I'll be back.

The management is 100% sexist. Let me share the good, the bad, and the ugly I experienced:…read more The good: - I went in for breakfast on a Sunday with a friend and enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and our server. So, when I noticed a job posting for a "server/bartender" on indeed, I thought about applying for a part-time position. From what I can gather from the employees I talked to, management does have their back and does a lot to support their restaurant, which is fantastic to hear, but of course there's always another side to the coin.... The bad: - One of the first things out of the manager's mouth in my initial interview was "Men aren't good servers and typically you need to work twice as hard to impress me..." and went on about how I was going to be extra scrutinized, which is 100% absolutely illegal and discrimination based on sex/gender. It was appalling to hear, especially when some of my greatest mentors in hospitality have been men. I get that this place is a diner, and many of their clientele are older and might be used to that, but that's no excuse to be sexist and break the law. The ugly: - Well, I came in for a final interview and was clearly setup to fail as the interviewee told me they had no questions for me. It seems they wanted her to "feel" out people, but all that serves to do is make people nervous, as people aren't sure what to say and it's natural to fill in the empty space, which doesn't set up anyone to be laid back and relaxed. On my way out, I looked around and noticed that every single server was a women. Yes, as soon as I got back home, I got a message saying they picked another candidate. All I can say is that I hope "her" and Poodle Dog the best. Lastly, if you're a man and looking for a "server" position, don't even waste your time with this place because they are blatantly biased and have no problem saying so, despite that being completely against the law. That said, don't worry about it if that's also you, because you likely wouldn't want to work for people like this anyways (as it would only be a matter of time before they unfairly judged you, etc.)
