The waitresses were all kind of dancing along to the beat which made it feel like happy vibes for a Saturday morning. The restaurant was clean and bright. Our waitress Kimberly was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a variety of food -sirloin tips and eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy combo, eggs, bacon and sausage. Need to hire people who understand what customer services means I was taken to a seat sat down somebody said I'll be right back. Nobody gave me any water three different servers passed by me seeing I had no water but I'm watching them congregate someplace else talking amongst themselves, this used to be my go to place. Went to IHOP, called for our order and one staff said we have to come in to the store since no one is available to our food out. My brother went in and was told it was NOT EVEN COOK YET! I am not completely sure if they are understaffed or something else was going on, but the wait was a little insane. I am the type of person to make excuses for people in food service, but this was unacceptable. It took us forever to get seated with only one other person in the waiting area. We went to pay the bill and there was a huge group of people at the waiting area waiting to be seated and no one came for over 10+ minutes. It's challenging finding a good breakfast with a serious dairy allergy and this establishment was no help whatsoever. Went in today 6/9/24 and we were sat next to a huge cockroach!!! I wanted to scream because it kept getting closer and closer to our table. Eventually my husband just got up and killed it because we didn't want to cause a scene.
