Only my 2nd time going to a Jersey Mikes because I had a gift card. The first location in Schaumburg was great. This Rolling Meadows location was ok but the amount of ingredients on my sandwich I don't feel was worth 9 bucks. Charlies gives you a lot more meat for your money. Great Taste! Went to grab a couple sandwiches on the way home and the customer service that was provided gives Jersey Mike's a bad name. Plus, the Jersey Mike's website doesn't have a section to tell them about customer's experience which may look like they're ok with poor customer service. We arrived at 8:50 P.M. Yes, it was 10 minutes prior to closing but the restaurant is still open. There were 3 employees (2 female, 1 male) present and they were giving us looks as we were exiting our car and approaching the restaurant. The male employee informed us that the only bread they had left was Rosemary which we were ok with. He then began to grab the pieces for the meat cutter as everything was cleaned and prepped for closing and cut our cheese and meat. All 3 of the employees had faces showing how annoyed they were and it was super uncomfortable for us customers. While the female employee was putting on the condiments, the male employee was banging the meat cutter pieces as he was rushing to clean it up again. When the sandwiches were done, the male and female employees were sighing as they were wrapping up our sandwiches. We checked out at 8:55. When I asked them for their names, they refused to give them and said they didn't need to give it out. Is this really a policy of Jersey Mike's? Yes, it is frustrating when customers walk into any establishment when you're about to close however it is a part of business and doors aren't closed until 9:00 P.M. They are customer service representatives and need to continue to smile no matter how mad or annoyed you may be. read more

The staff is always friendly and fast. The food is better here than at any other franchise location and I'm not exactly sure why, but I would recommend this specific Jersey Mike's over any other. The area is saturated with mediocre sandwich shops, but this Jersey Mike's is a standout. Every visit has been 5/5 for me and they have yet to let me down. Visited the jersey mikes on 59 and Higgins today. I have been to jersey mikes starting in Ohio in my early twenties(I'm 43 now) and I am thrilled they are in Illinois now for a while. Anyway Patrick was helping with our order and I had a question in regards to my birthday club email and I was a day late. He honored the promo and I got my ham and cheese. Secondly he was willing to do whatever he could to locate my points rewards. I could not remember my phone number and we were able to figure it out and receive my points. My girl ordered a buffalo wrap and as I said early I went with the ham and cheese. The sandwiches were perfect, everything was fresh and tasty. Patrick informed me he was from a different store in Wheaton. For a manager to come to another store and show the pride and compassion for the establishment showed me he was here to serve and not just receive a paycheck!!!! I would give zero stars if it was allowed because we didn't even eat here. We walked in and one of the employees was sitting on the ground texting. When we finally got the employees attention we were greeted with a "Sup" at which point another employee walked out from the back and said nothing. I love the new location, I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike's and I was so happy when I saw they were putting one closer to my home. Even though they have only been open for a few weeks I have already been there at least once a week since! The new location is right off 90 which makes it easy to stop after work. Every time I go in there I receive great customer service, if I cannot make up my mind they always help me choose something, but they also keep the line moving if it is busy so everyone can be served in a timely manner. I have worked in the food industry all my life and sometimes when new places open it takes time for them to get a grip on everything. I can definitely say this place does not have that problem. We have been going to this location since day one of opening and have always had great service till 1/3/2021. I placed an order over the phone and advised the employee I had a coupon -no big deal right? Guess again. She took my order and when I got there my food was ready and I presented her with my Jersey Mike coupon and she wasn't sure how to enter the code in so she hollered for another employee to help her. The other employee came and said she didn't know how to input the coupon even though she stated it's a Jersey Mike coupon but cuz she didn't know how to do it there wasn't anything she could do. I advised can you please check and she pretty much was like either you can take the food with regular price or leave. I was astonished by the lack of willingness to help and she told me everything she COULDNT do instead of telling me what she could do. I asked for her name and she said I don't have to give it to you- then I asked for the manager name and she said it was Mario. I'm 100% positive that the store has surveillance and if you can hear and see you would be appalled by her lack of customer service. She gave me the store number and walked off with an attitude. It's such an unfortunate situation that she threw away all the food (especially during times like this) and had no regard to make things right. I called the next day and requested to talk to Mario and the same girl said he won't be in for 2 weeks- I said do you have a manager she abruptly put the phone down made me wait for 2mins 21 seconds and Xavier came on- he came on and said sorry we couldn't use coupon we don't know how to put it in and said Mario won't be back till Saturday 1/9 and then said he wants to make it right and I can come in and get the sandwiches for reg price- what a slap in the face again. I'm truly disappointed and feel disrespected by the behavior and lack of customer service. I know that Jersey Mikes doesn't care because after all it's one customer but it's very unprofessional to have employees who don't promote good behaviors. A few days ago I was in the area and as a huge Jeresy Mike's fanatic it was my duty to stop in to check out their new location. This is by far the best Jersey Mike's location I have ever been to! The staff is so great and welcoming, especially Alex. The sandwiches are so good and so fresh! If I could give them more stars I would! My only regret is that it's pretty far from my house, but I will definately be stopping in everytime I'm in the area. Keep up the great work everyone! read more

My husband loves this place and we stopped into their new location tonight. (It was raining so I sat in the car.) It was a Friday night - their lights were on and door was open so he walked in at 9 pm. There were several people working and the guy behind the counter was helping 2 customers. My husband got in line and the guy told my husband they were closed and would not be helping any more customers. As a new business, I am astounded they were turn away a customer. If you are closed, lock your door. I hope they work on their customer service. read more

Almost every time we are out, and are looking for a quick and tasty bite to eat in between our bumming around, my husband and I can always agree on Jersey Mike's. This particular location never ceases to amaze me. The store itself is always kept extremely clean, the food is always fresh and delicious, and we can always count on amazing hospitality and fantastic customer service. Alex stood out the last few times we were in there for her amazing customer service and genuine happiness to assist us. She's very helpful and informative when we can't seem to decide for ourselves as to which amazing sub or wrap were going to enjoy that day, not to mention she's always so kind and cheerful! I highly recommend Jersey Mike's in general, but I can honestly say that I'd go out of my way to go to this one for my meal! read more
