This is a great spot for a healthy fulfilling meal. The loaded fries you need to get every time, even with everything on them the fries stay crunchy and they are not stingy with the meat at all. I tried their falafel (chickpeas) very good, and their decent size I feel like. I had few things of their menu and it never failed me. Few days ago I got their beef pita and those stuffed grape leaves oh my gawwdd, it was delicious and hand sized. I recommend you try all the meats they have. I absolutely love Mediterranean restaurants, so when I saw this was near my hotel, I stopped in for dinner. Their menu is loaded with all the popular items (kabobs, shawarmas, etc), so chose their chicken shawarma bowl. The lady helping ring me up explained how it was made and that sounded great, which was the garlic sauce (sort of like toom) was on the bottom with the rice on top, salad next and then the protein on top. So, this is what I ordered. It was made fresh and came out piping hot. The rice in the dish was bland and the chicken was slightly more flavorful, which means it was basically bland as well. The garlic sauce and the salad were the best two flavors on this dish and I tried to grab some of that in each bite. I wasn't too impressed with the flavors of the chicken shawarma at all, but then again I prefer flavorful and authentic food and can't stand when ethnic restaurants cater to "Americans" by making their food less spicy/authentic. The place was rather busy when I went and the dining room was kept clean. Service was friendly. I'd recommend this place to those who don't have high expectations for spice, rather are looking for a nice experience. read more

I ate here with a friend who orders on a regular basis, and I really liked the food! We had kefta sandwiches, baba ganouj, Jerusalem salad, and some falafels. It was made to order and came out nice and warm (not the salad!) and everything was very tasty! We dined in and the dining area is spacious and well lit. We are regular Pita Inn diners and the food here was a touch better but also a little more expensive, but it was well worth the cost. If I want Mediterranean food and am out this way, Pita Pita is where I will come to. read more

The last two times we stopped in for dinner, the guy taking our order was a bit grumpy. No big deal because his grumpiness doesn't change the food flavors. Hummus has great texture, consistency, smoothness, and flavor! 2 Pitas come with the hummus. The pita is soft and has good taste. The chicken shawarma bowl was really good! The bowl had a few pieces of dry chicken but the flavor of the entire dish including the chicken was outstanding!! The bowl is a layered Combination of Hummus, Rice, Chicken Shawarma and Arabic Salad. We loved the bowl! The amount of chicken and portion overall is a great value for the money! We normally love this place and visit often. Unfortunately, during our last couple of visits, our orders have been incorrect or the ingredient portions have been noticeably minimal. This time, I'm glad I checked our order before leaving, as a wrap was missing. Once we got home, we realized one of our bowls, where hummus was supposed to be the base probably had less than a tablespoon of it. Most concerning, my husband found a long strand of hair mixed into his bowl while eating, which of course disgusted him, leaving him to toss his meal. He was so grossed out, we forgot to take a picture. We truly wanted to continue supporting this location, but repeated issues have left us increasingly frustrated after each visit. Very nice place and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and always busy cleaning tables or checking on customers. Ordering was awesome. They had two touch pad stations where you placed your order and payed. You grab a table number and relax while they bring you your food. The food was amazing. My wife had the chicken swarma salad, which she really enjoyed, and I had the vegetable platter. The babaganush was delicious along with the hummus. I highly recommend this place. I ordered the Lentil Soup 8oz and my husband ordered the Beef Shish Kebab Pita. I love coming here for the soup when I am not very hungry but want to have something small to snack on. The flavors are well balanced and the temperature is perfect, not too hot but warm enough so I don't eat it too fast. The portion sizes are large so it is worth the extra cost to dine here. You can tell that the food is prepared with fresh ingredients. My husband loves his beef Shish Kebab Pita sandwich and said the meat was tender. Juicy. and flavorful. I stopped in because my wife just wanted some stuffed grape leaves. The service was a little slow for not being busy at all, but my wife said they were good and she'd get them again. The price was not bad at 5 for $4+ and 10 for $7+. So it's really hard to give more than 3 stars based on 1 item and a to-go order. I called in for pick up order because their mobile ordering wasn't working. I ordered for a mixed meat entree and a sandwich entree. when I arrived, I realized that they gave me both rice entrees. The lady insisted she got my phone order correctly, that she never make mistakes. It was a back and forth discussion and since I made a mistake of paying already before checking my food, I had no choice but to leave with the wrong order. I'm so disappointed with the customer service and how this situation was handled. Also with the language used, like when I was telling the lady I did say "Beef Kefta Sandwich" not rice, she replied with "oh so now I'm a liar". They are still doing carry out during Phase 3 of the stay at home order. I got a simple falafel pita sandwich to go. The pita was fresh, a good pita. It was filled with hummus, falafel balls, lettuce, pickles and a tomato/cucumber salad. I had two issues, one was that the falafel were very mushy versus more crispy like I would prefer. The other was that the tomato/cucumber salad had a lot of seasoning on it. It was almost as if it had been soaking in a vinaigrette, just not what I'm used to for this kind of an Israeli salad. I've been to this Pita Pita before, but it's been awhile, and I just don't remember the falafel pita being like this. I had fonder memories of this sandwich.
