    chicken caesar
    Beth C.

Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth's Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That's a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.

This was worst experience we've ever had at a Panera. The grilled cheese was an$8 kiddie portion size sandwich. My wife ordered the new toasted Caprese sandwich and as vegetarians we depend on a good portion of cheese. See our picture the cheese is so thin it is melted into the lettuce and looks like lettuce not cheese. The big picture advertising shows a big, thick slice of mozzarella one would expect on a caprese at any restaurant of any value. The manager finally came to our table and agreed to give us a refund but had the audacity to tell us they do not apply toppings Willy Billy and all sandwiches get the same size slice of cheese. As a sandwich company, this is a complete embarrassment and Panera leadership either needs to look hard and long at their current approach or get need management at this location. Ok editing review. I now took a bit of the sorry excuse for the sandwich and it was at best gas station quality(honestly that is an insult to gas stations as ai would Rather eat their caprese)

    Spilled and bag was soaked

Ordered 3 soups to go and the soups at bottom were not closed tightly so spilled and soaked the bag

    Mediocre

Mom likes certain items at Panera so we stopped by at this location. The chicken avocado panini was sad, didn't deserve to be called a panini. Not worth the money or calories. The salads and soups were mediocrity.

    They're back! Valentine sugar cookies!

Price charged was higher than listed on menu, check your receipt. Smashburger - This brioche has a croissant butteriness to it. It is wonderful, I don't like bread and I kept raving about how this is the best bun I have ever had. It comes with pickles and onions, both of which have a great texture difference to the bun and the pickle was a gentle tartness that matched it well. The smash burger was slightly crispy, but a bit bland, the star was the bread, which is ... not great if it's a burger, but I enjoyed it as a whole. I swapped out the dijionase for mayo. I am not sure if I was charged an extra dollar because of that? Burger is listed as 12.99, I got charged 13.99 for it. I wasn't told I would, nor would I think a condiment swap, especially since the condiment is also freely available on the condiment counter, should be a 1 dollar up charge. Bacon is perfectly crispy and flavorful. Fries, slightly crispy outside, medium amount of fluffy inside. I am a fan of MCD fries and this is like a less crispy more fluffy version which I was not a huge fan of. If you like this type, the you would like these. Originally was going to be a 4 star until I found out they overcharged me when I looked at my receipt at home, they offer email and text receipt only, and I can't call their number, it's disconnected when I tried to call the number both from their website and Yelp (same number).

Online reviews looked really good for it so I was excited to check it out. I think I was pleasantly more surprised than I expected to be with this place. First of all the restaurant is huge, and a really beautiful aesthetic. It's clean and dark with gold lettering on the outside. The inside has this lovely high class feel to it, large rooms, clean lines, and comfortable furniture. Aesthetically for me it's a 10 out of 10. The service was exceptional. It's one of those places where you could tell that good service is not just an afterthought but a focal point. For my dinner, I was very excited to try their wedge salad and one of the appetizers. I got the corn beef plates and they were very tasty and delightful. However, the real star for me was that wedge salad. It was a well executed wedge, with an exceptional piece of pork belly that just kicked it over the top for me. I do mildly regret my decision not to eat a steak instead, but it will give me a reason to come back and see how they can cook a fine piece of meat. Do not miss this place.

It was rather crowded when we first arrived, but we were seated right away. We had no silverware setups and assumed they would bring them before our meals. There were four of us - each ordered something different. Two of us had skillets, one an omelet, and I ordered a club sandwich. While the food was very good, nothing was right on the order. Pancakes were delivered as sides rather than biscuits, a diet code with ice was delivered instead of a regular coke with no ice, the club sandwich came as a wrap, my regular fries came our as sweet potato fries, no silverware was delivered and we had to get up to get it ourselves, and there was more. We did receive apologizes and, for the most part, the mistakes were corrected. This could all have been solved if our waiter wrote down the order rather than thinking he could recall everything. I'm still giving them four stars even though the service was not up to expectations. The food quality is still very good, and when the mistakes were corrected, we were very happy with our meals. The portion sizes are large, and the food is quite good. So, I'll chalk this up as a series of mishaps and I don't expect we'll have the same experience next time.

I had been here with my daughter about 12 years ago and remembered enjoying it then. We all had burgers and craft beer. My friends went with the Mad Max (burger of the month) and I went with a peppercorn and blue cheese burger. It was thumbs up for all of us on the burgers as well as the beer, which was unique and delicious. I took no pictures that day and just enjoyed the outing with friends, but I was especially impressed with the taste of my burger. I abstained from adding any of my usual condiments, and decided to try it as is, with just their sauce. Best decision ever! The sauce was amazing and the burger was cooked a perfect medium. Like many restaurants, Luck Monk offers their regular menu, plus flyers on their specials, including beers and cocktails. Four days later, I went right back there again on my own, to formally review it with photos. I had to go with that same peppercorn burger, because it was just so good, and to make sure the first time was a fluke. It wasn't. I tried out their chili as well, which was also good. This chef knows what he is doing. This stand alone restaurant is easy to get to, and has ample parking. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and looks high end, though I found the pricing to be reasonable. It would be a great spot to take clients for a business lunch.
