Two stars for the crispy fries and the outdoor attendants. This place is notorious for forgetting something, even when it's on the bag and the receipt. This CFA location had an upgrade during the Covid shutdown. Well worth the long wait to finally go *inside*! The main entrance from the parking lot is squared off whereas before it was cantered, facing the ordering area. This allows for a queue line that is centered to the cashiers. It also allows for an employee entrance along the wall where we used to go up for drink refills. They added a long, tall community table in the dining area. Don't get scared by the new trash can. It opens by itself! Come see all these upgrades for yourself. This location is very nice and comfy! What didn't change? This location is relatively new to the area. It gets very packed during lunch time so i would try to avoid that. If you go inside the lines are typically much shorter than the drive-thru. I've been here a few times and have no problems whatsoever. Staff is very friendly and the food was great. Service is excellent! They anticipate your needs without even asking. I headed towards the counter to ask for a refill and when Josiah saw me, it's as if he read my mind and I didn't even have to ask! The girl with glasses in pigtail braids (didn't get her name) brought me my food and asked if there was anything else she can get me. It's like dining at a sit down restaurant . One time I bought a drink and the manager noticed that it wasn't full so she asked the kid to fill it up. They also double bagged my ice without me having to ask. Honestly I do not know what is going on with this place. I went there and ordered a chicken sandwhich with no pickles. But then the sandwhich came back and there was pickles. So i tell them hey I asked for no pickles so they gave me a new sandwhich. PICKLES AGAIN. Finally when I asked them I asked for no pickles FOR THE THIRD TIME they were able to get it right. Another thing that happens every time I come is they always get my name wrong. One of the times they came over and said hey i have an order for Jim. I said well that's not me. I've only been to Chic fil a twice my entire life. Both times, I've had horrible experiences. The first time, my order took excessively long to be served. The manager on duty was very polite and gave me complimentary cards to return. It's been a while since I returned. I finally had the chance and used one of the cards that had since expired. I called ahead before returning and was assured the cards would be honored. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case when I came in tonight. To make the situation worse, the manager on duty was completely unprofessional, insubordinate, rude, aloof, and uncooperative!!!! Her name was "Pearla". I explained all the details to her and her attitude was unsatisfactory! The worst part of this all is when I asked for her name, she fumbled around, hesitated, and wasted time giving it to me. She then left the drive thru window, which made me wait 5 mins, holding up the line to only come back to me and acted confused why I needed her name. I told her Chic Fil a prides itself on giving the best customer service in the industry, and this was absolutely NOT it! She then changed her excuse to this location is franchised.... blah blah blah at that moment I got to read her name tag and recorded her name. I had to pay for my entire order distastefully. I will not stand by idle to be scammed and mistreated. I will not tolerate this behavior, and she needs to be reprimanded immediately. read more

What's not to like! We come here often, but recently, we stopped in for a late lunch with the kids. Though the food is top notch, we are most impressed by the consistently high level of service. This last time, I was with my two kids, aged 5 and 1. I was carrying my 1-year-old in the car seat and having a hard time trying to figure out how to carry all the food, when the cashier kindly offered to carry out tray to the table for us. I was so thankful. After that, she actually checked on us at our seats and brought back a drink refill! This is unheard of at all other fast food chains. So clean! Employees are very pleasant. Food isn't bad either. I actually prefer their chicken sandwich to any other fast food chicken sandwich. My little half-pints love the fries and they have the best and most random dipping sauce flavors. They are really dippable The employees are seriously the nicest people I've ever met. I would never ever be able to work there. I couldn't hack being nice to people for hours and hours. Heck, I can't hack it for minutes and minutes. :) I wouldn't let my kids play in a "fun zone" if it were the last "fun zone" on earth, but it looked like the kids, who have nicer mommies, were having fun and spreading their germs at will. I will add that a few years ago, while on vacation in Disney World, we found ourselves at the Orlando Chick-fil-A at around closing time. They were cleaning the fun zone while we were there. My hubby and I chatted the guy up and he said that he had been cleaning Orlando area "fun zones" at fast food restaurants for many years and Chick-fil-A had a reputation for being the cleanest because they clean theirs several times a day instead of several times a week or month *gag*. One of the best fast food joints. The chicken is delicious. The chicken nuggets or strips in the kids meals put those "other" fast food places to shame with their spongey wanna-be nuggets. I have been counting down the days like a total obsessed chicken lover to the opening of the Crystal Lake Chick Fil A! I was so excited to go today and pick up breakfast. I unfortunately missed it by 3 minutes! Oh the agony of missing out on their awesome chicken biscuits. Ah there is always tomorrow. The drive thru was not busy I was pretty surprised but it was only 10:30 in the morning not a high volume time. The actual restaurant was pretty packed but the lot was not 100% full. I imagine lunch will be utter mayhem there today. I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich with waffle fries and of course my favorite sauce of all time the polynesian (which is kind of a different type of sweet n sour sauce). Get the sauce its awesome on everything there especially the chicken biscuits for breakfast. I was sad I had missed breakfast but wait.... I open my bag and there is a free breakfast item inside my bag, a biscuit, yay!! Service was quick (but again I was there at an off time), and friendly. Thick, juicy, and full of flavor. I had the spicy chicken which was just the perfect amount of zing. My wife had the regular seasoned one and she loved it too. We got fries and a shake to top it off. The shake was great...have to try to cookies n' cream (actually pieces of Oreos inside)! The meal was satisfying and filling -- without the "gut ache" that can sometimes accompany a quicker meal like that. The atmosphere inside this location was really nice. It didn't feel like a regular fast food joint. Good colors, comfortable seating, with food being served to you at your table. Check it out...give it a try. I was too far to get a name but this kind of service doesn't deserve to go unnoticed. I mean if you ask me I'd say McDonald's or Burgerking wouldn't provide this kind of exemplary service to its patrons. I have been coming to this location for lunch every now and then for the last couple of years (I work close by). I never felt like I needed to give a review, because EVERY ONE knows they make a killer chicken sandwich. My review today is more about two special employees that work there, that really made my lunch 10 times better, then even normal. Mary Ann and Georgia have two personalities that if were clone'able, you would see at every CSR and counter position. I wish they worked at my work!! also as a side note to the children that have to take a photo of a messy table or garbage can and then go and post it..... your type of person is a rat, snitch and a cry baby. My guess is a large table of kids were there any all dumped at once, and your opportunity to be a punk showed for you. I am sure it was being emptied as you were trying to take your photo. Those situations at chick fil a are extreme outliers and not the norm. and to those who comment on the owners politics.... if that maters to you, eat some where else. Go to MCD, or maybe you should read about what a real scum ball Mr. Kroc was, I bet you wouldn't eat there either. Love this fast food chain since I feel is the best of its kind food wise, they have healthier options, specially for kids. The service is always excellent, their facilities always clean, play area perfect for kids 1 to 10, we love to come here. The only thing I would change is their excessive use of plastic in their packaging and food containers, why these big corporations haven't done anything yet about this? There are other eco choices out there that they could use and reduce the amount of styrofoam containers, which is so hard or impossible to recycle. Hopefully soon they will start a change. read more

Ordered breakfast just after 10a and drove 20 minutes to their restaurant. Their in ound bread truck blocked the entrance as he drove 5mph through the parking lot. Parked at 1031a to have my entire order cancelled. So, when they say they are starting your order as you get close they are full of crap. 45 min round trip for nothing. We used to spend over $2k a year on their food for lunch and dinner, but that money will now be going across the street to Raisin Canes. Up until a few days ago, I was a Chick fil A virgin. I had heard a lot of buzz about this conservative restaurant chain and driven by countless times on my way to other places, but I had never actually stopped in. My husband & I finally decided to bite the bullet on a dark and stormy night when we both had a killer hankering for chicken. Despite the buckets of rain being dumped on us from the heavens, the folks at Chick fil A were super friendly. We put in our order, gave them our money & were handed a number and our drinks. While my hubby loaded up on napkins, straws and mini squeeze tubs (so cool) of ketchup (or is it catsup...), I did a quick visual survey of the premises (SIDE NOTE: I know that Chick fil A has a reputation for being uber conservative and Christian, BUT the priest who was also dining there made me giggle just a little. It was like a scene straight out of a movie...chicken, sanctioned by God and blessed by His messengers) and found it to be really bright, clean and inviting-well as inviting as a fast food joint could be. The two of us stared at each other while we waited for our order and made small talk...in no time at all, the manager came over to check on us & told us that our food would be out real soon. Then a couple more minutes went by and he came back to let us know that our chicken sammies were dropped in the kitchen (oh the humanity!!!!). He apologized and assured us that they would get the situation fixed pronto. My hubby & I were so tired and out of it that we didn't mind getting to chill and dry off for a few minutes longer. The manager personally delivered our food just a short time later and handed us two free meal coupons for our "inconvenience," which I'm guessing meant that our fast food experience had turned into a medium speed food experience-whatevs. I think I may have heard a choir of angels as I took my first savory bite of chicken deliciousness (btw, they ain't kiddin when they call it CHICK fil A...no cows or pigs were harmed in the making of their menu). The sandwich was moist and ample on the inside and crispy but not too greasy on the outside (for a fried chicken sandwich). I happily finished my sandwich and packaged my waffle fries for later. We rode off into the rainy night, our bellies full of chicken deliciousness and our hearts a little lighter. I'm not a huge fast food eater, but Chick fil A will definitely be on the short list of fast food joints to satisfy my "blue moon" craving. read more
