I find Quiznos to be drastically underrated. Their turkey ranch and swiss dipped in their honey mustard had me addicted. My boyfriend and I would frequent this Quiznos back when we lived near Barrington. It was definitely a guilty pleasure. The owner of this store came to recognize and would usually greet us with a smile. Standard Quiznos themed little sandwich shop in heart of downtown Barrington. I hope it stays around unlike all the other Quiznos that closed back in the day. read more

*RUDE *IGNORANT *UNPROFESSIONAL *MANAGER! (rest of the staff was nice for clarity) Haven't seen or been to a Quiznos in years. Didn't think they were still in business. Got a coupon code on Tmobile Tuesday promotion. Placed a order on the quizno's app as directed for the free sub along with other items for my family's dinner. Got to the store and they claimed no order was recieved. I showed the owner the email confirmation order with time and date along with the app ordered that corresponded all the sane information. Owner was rude, ignorant, horrible customer service, and unresponsive to rectifying the issue. Called corporate and filed a claim against this store and the owner. Never ever coming back and now see why these stores are all closing once by one so rapidly. I can't believe a company would allow anyone to franchise a business from them with a demeanor like this guy. He made my blood boil. With all the great sandwhich shops popping up you would think they would be fighting FOR your business and not putting up a fight to turn you away. I now have to file a dispute with my bank for charges on my card for the additional goods ordered aside from the promotional sandwhich. Absolutely ridiculous situation that could of easily been rectified with a simple smile and kind gesture. Instead a total rude experience. This spot is fantastic! Quiznos is very accessible. The whole place is very huge and well-organized. They have plenty of seating inside and outside the place. Enough for a few numbers of customers they have daily. Their menu is big and the variety is huge. You can find anything here that can surely satisfy your cravings. Quiznos is worth a try! Their staff here is really nice, attentive, helpful, friendly, and decent. All of them are always willing to help and assist the customers. They are so nice to all their customers and they answer all the questions from the customers. They are always smiling and they really love what they are doing. Quiznos is really great and such a gem in this area. Their restaurant is well-maintained and convenient. I am really happy and impressed with this place. It was a pleasure to experience their service. I ordered some of their Chicken Carbonara, sandwich, and Turkey Avocado. I really loved all of it! At such a reasonable price I ordered everything I want from their menu. Very fair and affordable. I really want to go back again here next time I got some free time. Never had Quiznos before so I thought I'd give it a try. I walked in and the lady behind the counter was playing on her phone. I was the only customer, so I stood in front of her for a while and she never acknowledged me, never even looked up. So I left and went to Subway. Delicious. Pretty sure I won't come back. read more

I like Quiznos food a lot, but the staff here is always difficult to work with. They often huff and puff when asked to add my fave veggies & sauces. They don't listen well, and it's not like Subway the way they ask what you want on the sub, which is annoying since I always customize. The last Subway I went to with staff like this closed down last year. read more

My husband and I stopped in a few days ago. I ordered the chicken carbonara. As they made it, it looked light on the bacon, so I asked them to put a little more on. Note: it looked less than it usually was., But even so, they added like seven crumbles of bacon. They said nothing at this time, but nodded. We get to checkout and they charged me 50 cents! For what amounts to less than a 1/4 of one strip of bacon! I know it's "only 50 cents", but the sandwiches aren't cheap for pick up, plus they didn't say anything when I asked plus I asked because they didn't put enough on to start with. It's just bad business. My kids love quiznos and we're happy there was one by our new house, but if this continues, you'll quickly go the way of all the other quiznos that used to be all around Chicagoland. read more

Excellent sandwiches. Much of the previous reviews are outdated as years ago I was not a fan but tried again and have been back several times since. Wide variety of hot beef subs as well as chicken and turkey. I made my order online and they were ready upon arrival. I really liked the horseradish sauce on the side too. Okay, this location SUCKS! I received a free promo code from T-Mobile Tuesday for a free sub. I ordered my sub online and scheduled to pick it up the next day (I already redeemed my code and what not) for the transaction to go through and on their end, the store accepted my order. As I'm driving to Quiznos, I'm about 2 minutes away, the owner calls me and tells me how she can't take my order even though the order went through and has been processed like WTH! She said she couldn't take it because that promotion ended yesterday but I already used that promo code and scheduled a pick up for the next day, Are you kidding me?! She clearly can't read because it never said that on the coupon. STAY AWAY, don't go here. I called corporate and they filed a claim against this store. It's funny how other ppl have wrote something similar about promo codes and how ignorant they are when it comes to using them. Never going here or Quiznos ever again! read more

I was a huge fan for Quiznos since 2002 when everything was amazing..I know they have gone down hill for a long time. But this place is terrible and should be closed as they have the worst subs now. Even the pink lemonade is gone..Just do the area a favor and close so this chain is a memory. read more

I got a regular sub and when I got home it it looked really small so I measured it and it was a bit over 7 inches. Next time I went, I asked what the size of the regular was and was told 8 inches. Guess what, same thing happened again (this time 7.5 inches). The owner of this Quiznos thinks they have figured out a way to increase profits by undersizing the subs. What they did not take into consideration is that customers might no longer go there. read more
